could significantly reduce the neuronal apoptosis in rats with TBI, and its mechanism may be related to the activation of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.
To compare the curative effect between bloodletting at tip of ear with different amounts combined with western medication and western medication alone for early-stage stye.
A total of 108 patients with early-stage stye were randomly divided into a 50 μL group (36 cases, 4 cases dropped off), a 100 μL group (36 cases, 2 cases dropped off) and a western medication group (36 cases, 5 cases dropped off). The patients in the western medication group were treated with levofloxacin eye drops and levofloxacin hydrochloride eye gel. Based on the treatment of the western medication group, the patients in the 50 μL group were treated with 50 μL bloodletting (about 3 drops) at tip of ear while the patients in the 100 μL group were treated with 100 μL bloodletting (about 6 drops) at tip of ear; the bloodletting was given once a day for 3 days. After treatment, the changes of visual analogue scale (VAS) and clinical effect were observed, and the patients were followed up by telephone on the 8th day.
After treatment, ct of 100 μL bleeding is better than 50 μL.
To compare the effect of acupoint injection and intramuscular injection with mouse nerve growth factor (mNGF) on gross motor function development of children with cerebral palsy (CP), and explore the treatment mechanism.
A total of 63 children with CP were randomly divided into an observation group (32 cases, 4 cases dropped off ) and a control group (31 cases, 3 cases dropped off). Based on the routine rehabilitation therapy, the control group received intramuscular injection of mNGF(18 µg/2 mL), and the observation group received acupoint injection of mNGF at Xinshu (BL 15), Ganshu (BL 18), Pishu (BL 20), Shenshu (BL 23), Sanjiaoshu (BL 22), Shenting (GV 24), Baihui (GV 20), Fengfu (GV 16), Dazhui (GV 14), etc. Of them, 5-6 acupoints alternately were selected each time, and each acupoint was given 0.3-0.5 mL, totally 18 µg/2 mL. Both treatment were carried out once every other day for six months. Before and after treatment, the children's development of brain function was assessed using gross motor funcint effect and the targeting therapy of drug, which can effectively improve the cerebral hemodynamics and the metabolism of cerebral nervous substances.
The mNGF acupoint injection has a better effect on the gross motor function in the children with cerebral palsy compared with the intramuscular injection, and the mechanism may be associated with exhibiting the double effects of acupoint effect and the targeting therapy of drug, which can effectively improve the cerebral hemodynamics and the metabolism of cerebral nervous substances.
To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture by stages on secondary dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis through prospective case-series study.
A total of 36 cases of adenomyosis patients with moderate-to-severe dysmenorrhea were treated with acupuncture by stages. The acupoints of Diji (SP 8), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Ciliao (BL 32) and Shiqizhui (EX-B 8) were selected and acupuncture was given once a day during menstrual period; the acupoints of Guanyuan (CV 4), Zigong (EX-CA1), Sanyinjiao (SP 6) and Zusanli (ST 36) ect. were selected and acupuncture was given twice per week during non-menstrual period. All the treatment was given for three menstrual cycles. The visual analogue scale (VAS), Cox menstrual symptom scale (CMSS), Endometriosis Health Profile-5 (EHP-5) scores and the menstrual blood volume of pictorial blood loss assessment chart (PBAC) were observed before treatment and at the 1st, 2nd and 3rd menstrual cycle into treatment. Before treatment and at the 3rd menstrual cycle into treatment, the volume of utand has the advantages of relieving the menstruation-related symptoms, regulating menstrual blood volume and improving the quality of life.
The acupuncture by stages has significant analgesic effect in patients with secondary dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis, and has the advantages of relieving the menstruation-related symptoms, regulating menstrual blood volume and improving the quality of life.
To verify the efficacy of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) on catheter related bladder discomfort after ureteroscopic lithotripsy.
Sixty male patients with selective ureteroscopic lithotripsy under general anesthesia were randomly divided into a TEAS group (30 cases, one case dropped off) and a sham TEAS group (30 cases, 2 cases dropped off). Before anesthesia induction, the patients in the TEAS group were treated with TEAS at Guanyuan (CV 4), Zhongji (CV 3), Zusanli (ST 36) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) for 30 min, with disperse-dense wave, frequency of 2 Hz/ 15 Hz and current intensity of 6 to 10 mA. The patients in the sham TEAS group were treated with the same TEAS device at the same acupoints, but no electrical stimulation was given. After 30 min, anesthesia induction started. The total dosages of propofol and remifentanil in the two groups were recorded, and the time of operation and anesthesia, the time of wake-up and the time of stay in postanesthesia care unit (PACU) were recorded. Ttic drugs and relieve postoperative pain.
The 30-min TEAS at Guanyuan (CV 4), Zhongji (CV 3), Zusanli (ST 36) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) before anesthesia induction could significantly control the severity of postoperative urinary tract irritation in patients with ureteroscopic lithotripsy, reduce the dosage of anesthetic drugs and relieve postoperative pain.
To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture at tendon blockage point of quadriceps femoris muscle belly for mild to moderate patella femoral arthritis.
A total of 76 patients with mild to moderate patella femoral arthritis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 38 cases in each group. mTOR inhibitor review The patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture at tendon blockage point of quadriceps femoris muscle belly, and the needles were stayed for 20 min each time for twice a week; while the patients in the control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate injection into articular cavity, once a week, and both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The pain symptoms and joint function of the patients were evaluated with pain visual analogue scale (VAS) score, tenderness value of the most obvious pain point in front of the knee, and Lysholm knee function score before and one week after treatment, and the clinical effect was observed.
After treatment, VAS scores, tenderness value of the most obvious pain point in front of the knee and Lysholm knee function scores of the two groups were improved compared with before treatment (
