8-77.74%), with no difference in torque between repetitions or sets. There was no difference in activation of semitendinosus or biceps femoris long-head between baseline and PS-ISO contractions in all repetitions (ST; baseline ISO = 0.095-1.000 ± 0.036-0.039 Mv, PS-ISO = 0.094-0.098 ± 0.033-0.038 and BFlh; baseline ISO = 0.068-0.075 ± 0.031-0.038 Mv). This is the first investigation to observe rFE during multiple, consecutive submaximal PS-ISO contractions. PS-ISO contractions have the potential to be used as a training stimulus.Equity in accessible healthcare is crucial for measuring health equity in community care policy. The most important objective of such a policy in Taiwan is empowering people and communities by improving health literacy and increasing access to healthcare resources. Using the nearest-neighbor two-step floating catchment area method, this study performed an accessibility assessment for community care resources before and after supply capacity optimization. For the target of maximum equity when allocating community care resources, taking maximum values, mean values and minimum values of the distances into consideration, three analytical allocation solutions for supply capability optimization were derived to further compare disparities in geographical accessibility. Three indicators, namely, the Gini coefficient, median minus mean and mean-squared error, were employed to assess the degree of optimization of geographical accessibility scores at the locations of the demand population and to determine the degree of geographic inequities in the allocation of community care resources. Our study proposed a method in which the minimum value of the distance is adopted as the approximate representation of distances between the service point and the locations of demand to determine the minimum value for supply capacity optimization. The study found that the method can effectively assess inequities in care resource allocation among urban and rural communities.Zinc (Zn) is an important element determining the grain quality of staple food crops and deficient in many Ethiopian soils. However, farming systems are highly variable in Ethiopia due to different soil types and landscape cropping positions. Zinc availability and uptake by plants from soil and fertilizer sources are governed by the retention and release potential of the soil, usually termed as adsorption and desorption, respectively. The aim of this study was to characterize the amount of plant available Zn at different landscape positions. During the 2018/19 cropping season, adsorption-desorption studies were carried out on soil samples collected from on-farm trials conducted at Aba Gerima, Debre Mewi and Markuma in the Amhara Region. In all locations and landscape positions, adsorption and desorption increased with increasing Zn additions. The amount of adsorption and desorption was highly associated with the soil pH, the soil organic carbon concentration and cation exchange capacity, and these factors are linked to landscape positions. The Freundlich isotherm fitted very well to Zn adsorption (r2 0.87-0.99) and desorption (r2 0.92-0.99), while the Langmuir isotherm only fitted to Zn desorption (r2 0.70-0.93). Multiple regression models developed by determining the most influential soil parameters for Zn availability could be used to inform Zn fertilizer management strategies for different locations and landscape positions in this region, and thereby improve plant Zn use efficiency.Deep neural networks have evolved significantly in the past decades and are now able to achieve better progression of sensor data. Nonetheless, most of the deep models verify the ruling maxim in deep learning-bigger is better-so they have very complex structures. As the models become more complex, the computational complexity and resource consumption of these deep models are increasing significantly, making them difficult to perform on resource-limited platforms, such as sensor platforms. AZ32 In this paper, we observe that different layers often have different pruning requirements, and propose a differential evolutionary layer-wise weight pruning method. Firstly, the pruning sensitivity of each layer is analyzed, and then the network is compressed by iterating the weight pruning process. Unlike some other methods that deal with pruning ratio by greedy ways or statistical analysis, we establish an optimization model to find the optimal pruning sensitivity set for each layer. Differential evolution is an effective method based on population optimization which can be used to address this task. Furthermore, we adopt a strategy to recovery some of the removed connections to increase the capacity of the pruned model during the fine-tuning phase. The effectiveness of our method has been demonstrated in experimental studies. Our method compresses the number of weight parameters in LeNet-300-100, LeNet-5, AlexNet and VGG16 by 24×, 14×, 29× and 12×, respectively. This is a review of randomized controlled trials using docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) interventions in the first 1000 days of life with assessments of behavioral functioning in childhood. Electronic databases were searched for trials with a DHA intervention (compared with a placebo group that received no or less DHA) at any time to either women or infants during the first 1000 days, with a subsequent assessment of child behavior. There were 25 trials involving 10,320 mother-child pairs, and 71 assessments of behavior in 6867 of the children (66.5% of those originally enrolled). From the 71 assessments administered, there were 401 comparisons between a DHA group and a control group, with most reporting a null effect. There were no findings of a positive effect of DHA, and 23 instances where the DHA group had worse scores compared with the control group. There was limited evidence that DHA supplementation had any effect on behavioral development, although two of the largest trials with behavioral measures detected adverse effects. Future trials, and future follow-ups of existing trials, should make an effort to evaluate the effect of DHA intervention on behavioral functioning. The generation and propagation of cracks are critical factors that affect the performance and life of large structures. Therefore, in order to minimize maintenance costs and ensure personal safety, it is necessary to monitor key structures. The sensor based on ultra-high frequency radio frequency identification (UHF RFID) antenna has the advantages of passive wireless, low cost, and great potential in the field of metallic structure health monitoring. In this paper, aimed at the key parts of a metallic structure, a dual-tag system is used for crack monitoring. In conjunction with mode analysis, the principles of the sensing tag and the coupling principles of the dual-tag are analyzed. Considering that the dual-tag is placed in different methods, the effect of mutual coupling on the sensing performance of the tag is studied. The results show that the frequency of the sensing tag can be tuned by adding the interference tag, and the dual-tag sensor system has reasonable sensitivity. The results also provide potential guidance for the optimal placement of multiple tags in the near-field region. The Hajj mass gathering is attended by over two million Muslims each year, many of whom are elderly and have underlying health conditions. Data on the number of pilgrims with health conditions would assist public health planning and improve health services delivery at the event. We carried out a systematic review of literature based on structured search in the MEDLINE/PubMed, SCOPUS and CINAHL databases, and the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines, to estimate the prevalence of diabetes and hypertension among Hajj pilgrims. Twenty-six studies conducted between 1993 and 2018 with a total of 285,467 participants were included in the review. The weighted pooled prevalence rates of hypertension and diabetes among Hajj pilgrims in all included studies were 12.2% (95% CI 12.0-12.3) and 5.0% (95% CI 4.9-5.1), respectively. The reported prevalence of other underlying health conditions such as chronic respiratory, kidney or liver disease, cardiovascular disease, cancer and immune deficiency were generally low. Potentially a large number of pilgrims each Hajj have diabetes and/or hypertension and other underlying health conditions. Hajj could be a great opportunity to reduce the burden of these diseases within the over 180 countries participating in the event by identifying undiagnosed cases and optimizing patients' knowledge and management of their conditions. In recent years, several new laxatives have been developed, which has led to a resurgence in interest and increased scientific evidence surrounding the use of magnesium oxide, which is convenient to administer, of low cost, and safe. Despite these advantages, emerging clinical evidence indicates that the use of magnesium oxide should take account of the most appropriate dose, the serum concentration, drug-drug interactions, and the potential for side effects, especially in the elderly and in patients with renal impairment. The aim of this review is to evaluate the evidence base for the clinical use of magnesium oxide for treating constipation and provide a pragmatic guide to its advantages and disadvantages. This article describes a first attempt to generate a standardized and safe selective surface electrostimulation (SES) protocol, including detailed instructions on electrode placement and stimulation parameter choice to obtain a selective stimulation of the denervated zygomaticus muscle (ZYG), without unwanted simultaneous activation of other ipsilateral or contralateral facial muscles.

Single pulse stimulation with biphasic triangular and rectangular waveforms and pulse widths (PW) of 1000, 500, 250, 100, 50, 25, 15, 10, 5, 2, 1 ms, at increasing amplitudes between 0.1 and 20 mA was performed. Stimulations delivered in trains were assessed at a PW of 50 ms only. The stimulation was considered successful exclusively if it drew the ipsilateral corner of the mouth upwards and outwards, without the simultaneous activation of other ipsilateral or contralateral facial muscles. I/t curves, accommodation quotient, rheobase, and chronaxie were regularly assessed over 1-year follow-up.

5 facial paralysis patients wections of other ipsilateral and/or contralateral facial muscles. We observed that the SES success is strongly conditioned by the correct electrode placement, which ideally should exclusively interest the area of the target muscles and its immediate proximity.

It is possible to define stimulation parameters able to elicit an effective selective stimulation of a specific facial muscle, in our case, of the ZYG, without causing discomfort to the patient and without causing unwanted unspecific reactions of other ipsilateral and/or contralateral facial muscles. We observed that the SES success is strongly conditioned by the correct electrode placement, which ideally should exclusively interest the area of the target muscles and its immediate proximity.
