It includes the following steps (1) specify the eHealth application, (2) define problem, (3) specify desired implementation behaviour, and (4) choose and (5) evaluate the implementation strategy. To improve the fit of the implementation strategy with the setting, the stepwise approach considers the phase of the implementation process and the specific context.

Applying an approach, as provided here, may help to improve the implementation of eHealth applications in primary care.

Bibliometric data were extracted from the Web of Science online database using the search string TOPIC = (natural product*' OR natural compound*' OR natural molecule*' OR 'phytochemical*' OR secondary metabolite*') AND TS = ('diabet*') and analysed by a bibliometric software, VOSviewer. The search yielded 3694 publications, which were collectively cited 80,791 times, with an H-index of 117 and 21.9 citations per publication on average. The top-contributing countries were India, the USA, China, South Korea and Brazil. Curcumin, flavanone, resveratrol, carotenoid, polyphenols, flavonol, flavone and berberine were the most frequently cited natural products or compound classes. Our results provide a brief overview of the major directions of natural product research in diabetes up to now and hint on promising avenues for future research.Immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4)-related disease (IgG4-RD) is a novel clinical disease that is characterized by elevated serum IgG4 concentrations and tumefaction or tissue infiltrated by IgG4+ plasma cells. The clinical manifestations of IgG4-RD depend on the type of tissues affected. IgG4-related sclerosing cholangitis is a type of IgG4-RD. We report a patient who initially visited a local hospital with a 5-month history of jaundice. He was found to have a mass in the upper part of the common bile duct that mimicked cholangiocarcinoma. He underwent surgery in our hospital and was later diagnosed with IgG4-related sclerosing cholangitis. We administered prednisolone 40 mg once a day for treatment. Taking into account the possible side effects of moderate-dose hormone therapy, we also administered teprenone, potassium chloride, and calcium carbonate. The patient did not have any recurrence of symptoms or adverse drug reactions during follow-up.

Pathogenic

variants are a cause of hypertrophic and dilated cardiomyopathies, which promote heart failure by incompletely understood mechanisms. find more The precise functional significance for 87% of

variants remains undetermined, in part, because of a lack of functional genomics studies. The knowledge of which and how

variants cause hypertrophic and dilated cardiomyopathies could improve heart failure risk determination, treatment efficacy, and therapeutic discovery, and provide new insights into cardiomyopathy pathogenesis, as well.

We created a toolkit of human induced pluripotent stem cell models and functional assays using CRISPR/Cas9 to study

variant pathogenicity and pathophysiology. Using human induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes in cardiac microtissue and single-cell assays, we functionally interrogated 51

variants, including 30 pathogenic/likely pathogenic variants and 21 variants of uncertain significance. We used RNA sequencing to determine the transcriptomic consequencariants and 2 variants of uncertain significance.

Our study found that hypertrophic cardiomyopathy-associated

variants increased cardiac microtissue contraction, whereas dilated cardiomyopathy-associated variants decreased contraction, both of which paralleled changes in myofilament calcium affinity. Transcriptomic changes, including

levels, directly correlated with sarcomere function and can be used to predict

variant pathogenicity.

Our study found that hypertrophic cardiomyopathy-associated TNNT2 variants increased cardiac microtissue contraction, whereas dilated cardiomyopathy-associated variants decreased contraction, both of which paralleled changes in myofilament calcium affinity. Transcriptomic changes, including NPPB levels, directly correlated with sarcomere function and can be used to predict TNNT2 variant pathogenicity.

The aim of this descriptive study was to determine the traditional health practices used by Syrian refugee women in Turkey.

A survey was carried out among Syrian refugee women in the Turkish province of Hatay, which has experienced heavy immigration. The study sample consisted of 75 married Syrian women over the age of 18. Questionnaires were completed during face-to-face interviews and took approximately 60 min.

All the women (100%) reported using a traditional health method in pregnancy; almost all had used a traditional health method during childbirth and the postpartum period (both 98.7%), and to treat a vaginal infection (92.0%) and induce an abortion (93.3%); most used a traditional method of contraception (85.3%).

Some of the reported known and used methods are harmless or beneficial to women's health. Some, however, can negatively affect women's health in terms of infection, bleeding and toxicity. In order to eliminate potentially harmful traditional health practices, it is recommended that Syrian refugee women receive health education.

The purpose of this observational study was to evaluate the effects of radial artery access versus femoral artery access on the risk of 30-day mortality, inhospital bleeding and cardiogenic shock in patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention.

We used data from the SWEDEHEART registry and included all patients who were treated with primary percutaneous coronary intervention in Sweden between 2005 and 2016. We compared patients who had percutaneous coronary intervention by radial access versus femoral access with regard to the primary endpoint of all-cause death within 30 days, using a multilevel propensity score adjusted logistic regression which included hospital as a random effect.

During the study period, 44,804 patients underwent primary percutaneous coronary intervention of whom 24,299 (54.2%) had radial

and 20,505 (45.8%) femoral access. There were 2487 (5.5%) deaths within 30 days, of which 920 (3.8%) occurred in the radial access and 1567 (7.
