Using data from recent clinical trials, this review will focus on known IRAEs, particularly those seen in patients with breast cancer, and will summarize their prevalence, severity, and outcomes. A total of 580 genera belonging to 43 phyla were identified. By comparing bacterial diversity among samples divided into groups based on the earthworm species, sample types, and conditions, the beta diversity analysis supported the impact of the sample type and suggested that there was significant dissimilarity of the bacterial diversity between the gut and cast. Besides, bacterial Phylum compositions within the group were compared. The result showed that the top three high relative frequency phyla found in the casts were the same regardless of earthworm species, while those found in the gut depended on both the condition and earthworm species. Focusing on the cellulolytic and plant growth-promoting bacteria, certain cellulolytic bacteria, Paenibacillus, Comamonas, and Cytophaga, were found only in the cast. Citrobacter and Streptomyces aculeolatus were detected only in the guts of earthworms reared in the bedding containing vegetables and bedding alone, respectively. Besides, Actinomadura and Burkholderia were detected only in the gut of E. eugeniae and E. fetida, respectively. Therefore, the dose received by patients in DECT should be considered. The parameter most commonly used for patient dosimetry is the effective dose (ED). The purpose of this study is to model and validate a DECT scanner by a developed MCNP Monte Carlo code and to calculate the organ doses, the ED, and the conversion factor (k-factor) used in determining ED in the cardiac imaging protocol. To validate the DECT scanner simulation, a standard dosimetry body phantom was modeled in two radiation modes of single energy CT and DECT. The results of simulated CT dose index (CTDI) were compared with those of ImPACT or measurement data. Then dosimetry phantom was replaced by the male and female ORNL phantoms and the organ doses were calculated. The organ doses were also calculated by ImPACT dose software. In the initial validation stage, the minimum and maximum observed relative differences between results of MNCP simulation and measured were 2.77% and 5.79% for the central CTDI and 1.91% and 5.83% for the averaged peripheral CTDI, respectively. The mean ED of simulation and the ImPACT were 3.23 and 5.55 mSv/100 mAs, and the mean k-factor was 0.016 and 0.032 mSv mGy-1 cm-1 in the male and female phantoms, respectively. Vestibular migraine (VM) is considered the most common cause of spontaneous episodic vertigo and the second most common cause of vertigo. However, without a biomarker or a complete understanding of the pathophysiology, VM remains underrecognized and underdiagnosed. Therefore, definite diagnostic criteria are urgently needed. Meanwhile, VM should be clearly differentiated from other similar diseases. This paper may help clinicians improve the diagnostic rate of VM and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis. A PubMed search was performed using the following terms vestibular migraine, migraine-associated vertigo/dizziness, migraine-related vertigo, migraine-related vestibulopathy, benign recurrent vertigo, vertiginous migraine, migraine, headache, vertigo, dizziness, and diagnosis. This paper also summarizes the diagnostic criteria and differential diagnoses of VM. The diagnosis of VM is based on the symptoms, degree, frequency, and duration of the vestibular episodes, a history of migraine, and the temporal association of migraine symptoms with vestibular episodes in at least 50% of cases, while ruling out what may be due to other reasons. In addition to vestibular symptoms and migraine, transient auditory symptoms, nausea, vomiting, and susceptibility to motion sickness may also be associated with VM. Erenumab is a monoclonal antibody acting against calcitonin gene-related peptide receptor which has been found effective even for the treatment of chronic migraine (CM) complicated with medication overuse headache (MOH). According to the present guidelines, the treatment with erenumab should continue for up to 1year. The aim of the present study is to explore the evolution of patients affected by CM and MOH at the baseline, after erenumab discontinuation.

One hundred and eighty-five patients affected by CM and MOH were recruited and followed up after erenumab discontinuation. The number of migraine days per month, the number of painkillers taken per month, the number of days in which one medication was used for a month were collected every 30days for the 3months following erenumab suspension.

At the 3rd month after suspension, patients displayed a significantly higher number of migraine days per month, a significantly higher painkiller consumption, and a significantly higher migraine-related disability. A high body mass index and the presence of aura were positively correlated with the relapse of CM and MOH.

Milk samples were collected every 6 h for 24 h after covering (n = 16), and deep mammary gland tissue areas were collected after 24 h (n = 5). The concentrations of antimicrobial components [lactoferrin, β-defensin-1, cathelicidin-2, cathelicidin-7, and immunoglobulin A (IgA)] in milk were measured by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
