Based on the findings of the review, we subsequently developed a framework to include data processing, clustering and aberration detection, visualization, and alerts and alarms. These results might foster the development of effective and efficient cluster detection mechanisms in empirical syndromic surveillance systems relating to a broad spectrum of space, time, or space-time.BACKGROUND In an oversaturated market of publicly available mobile apps for psychosocial self-care and stress management, health care providers, patients, and consumers interested in mental health-related apps may wonder which, if any, are efficacious. Readily available metrics for consumers include user popularity and media buzz rather than scientific evidence. OBJECTIVE This systematic review aimed to (1) examine the breadth of therapeutic contents and features of psychosocial wellness and stress management apps available to self-help seekers for public download and (2) determine which of these apps have original research support. METHODS First, we conducted a systematic review of publicly available apps on the iPhone App Store (Apple Inc) and Android Google Play (Google LLC) platforms using conventional self-help-seeking search terms related to wellness and stress. The results were limited to English-language apps available for free download. In total, 2 reviewers independently evaluated all apps and discuost other scientifically backed apps were supported by a single feasibility or efficacy study. CONCLUSIONS Only 2.08% (21/1009) of publicly available psychosocial wellness and stress management mobile apps discoverable to self-help seekers have published, peer-reviewed evidence of feasibility and/or efficacy. Clinicians and investigators may use these findings to help patients and families navigate the volume of emerging digital health interventions for stress management and wellness.BACKGROUND The prevalence of infertility in China is high, but the advent of assisted reproduction technology (ART) has greatly eased this situation. Social media, such as WeChat official accounts, have become the preferred tool for ART centers to communicate with patients, but their attention and operational status differ, and the internet influence of WeChat official accounts is insufficient. In addition, questions about whether internet influence is consistent with academic influence and whether the internet can influence patients' choice of medical treatment to a certain extent have not been explored. OBJECTIVE This study aimed to examine the operational status and internet influence of WeChat official accounts for ART centers and to explore the degree of internet influence on patients' choices of medical treatment. METHODS We collected information from the WeChat official accounts for ART centers approved by the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China and used the technique for orderaffect academic rankings.BACKGROUND Childhood obesity prevention is a public health priority in industrialized countries. The Reggio Emilia Local Health Authority has implemented a program involving primary and secondary prevention as well as the care of obese children. There are many health-promoting mobile apps, but few are targeted to children and very few are sponsored by public health agencies. OBJECTIVE The goal of the research was to describe the process and tools adopted to cocreate a mobile app sponsored by the Reggio Emilia Local Health Authority to be installed in parents' phones aimed at promoting child health and preventing obesity. METHODS After stakeholder mapping, a consulting committee including relevant actors, stakeholders, and users was formed. Key persons for childhood obesity prevention were interviewed, focus groups with parents and pediatricians were conducted, and community reporting storytelling was collected. The results of these activities were presented to the consulting committee in order to define the fp indicating where physical activity can be done; (3) information on how to manage emergencies (eg, falls, burns, fever); (4) module for reinforcing the counseling intervention conducted by pediatricians for overweight children; and (5) a function to build a balanced daily diet. CONCLUSIONS The pilot study we conducted showed that cocreation in health promotion is feasible, with the consulting committee being the key co-governance and cocreation tool. CLS epidemics occur annually and, if uncontrolled, will rapidly lead to defoliation. In broad-acre production, season-long maintenance of healthy leaves is important to facilitate harvest by top-pulling. Fungicides are the dominant means of CLS control and applications are initiated at an action threshold of 1 CLS lesion/leaf. Regular fungicide application occurs thereafter without regard for scheduling based on weather-based risk. The current action threshold was evaluated with selected fungicides in two replicated field trials. We optimized the protocol by preincubation of the anti-Omp antibody with 5% (w/v) extract of healthy rough lemon. This simple process eliminated cross reactions between citrus and the antibody. The optimized protocol enhanced the application of the polyclonal antibody, and we demonstrate detection of CLas from all parts of the world, including isolates from Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, the United States, and a selection of strains from China representative of the diversity extant there. The assay also was used to detect four isolates of 'Ca. L. africanus' (CLaf) representative of the diversity present in South Africa. The corresponding outer membrane genes of representative isolates were cloned and sequenced. The coding sequences were highly conserved, and isolates of CLas and CLaf shared 53.8 to 55.9% identity between species at the amino acid level. In this study we found that exogenous melatonin can increase rice resistance to BB. Treatment of rice plants with exogenous melatonin (20 µg/ml) increased nitrate reductase, nitric oxide synthase, and peroxidase activity, enabling high intracellular concentrations of melatonin, nitric oxide, and H2O2. The expression of NPR1, a key regulator in the salicylic acid signaling pathway, was upregulated more than 10-fold when the plants were challenged with melatonin. Similarly, the messenger RNA level of PDF1.2, a jasmonic acid-induced defense marker, was 15 times higher in the treated plants than in the control plants. Genome features of CiYMaV are typical of members of the genus Mandarivirus (family Alphaflexiviridae). Virus particles with elongated flexuous shape and size resembling those of mandariviruses were observed by transmission electron microscopy. The proteins encoded by CiYMaV share high sequence identity, conserved motifs, and phylogenetic relationships with the corresponding proteins encoded by Indian citrus ringspot virus (ICRSV) and citrus yellow vein clearing virus (CYVCV), the two current members of the genus Mandarivirus.
