Recently, with the discovery of exosomes, researchers have examined new approaches in the development, diagnosis, treatment, and drug delivery of various cancer, such as lung cancer, and display various its potential. Investigation of exosome-derived lung cancer cells contents and preparation of their exhaustive profile by advanced technics such as labeling exosome with nanoparticle and types of mass spectroscopy methods will assist researchers for take advantage of the specific properties of exosomes. Moreover, scientists will present encouraging ways for the treatment of lung cancer with loaded of drugs, proteins, microRNA, and siRNA in specific antigen targeted exosomes. This manuscript will include brief details on the role of exosomes as a novel prognostic biomarker (by the content of lipid, surface and internal protein, miRNAs, and LnRNAs) and therapeutic agent (as vaccine and targeted drug delivery) in lung cancer.Age, location of the tumor, and detailed patient history can narrow the differential diagnosis of spinal bone lesions, including metastasis and primary benign and malignant bone tumors. Diabetes mellitus is an endocrine metabolic disorders, affects the major organs in human and comorbid with others. Besides, diabetic patients are more prone to various infectious diseases as well as COVID-19 sporadic infection which are highly risk for diabetes mellitus patients. To combat this infections and comorbid situations, an integrated balanced nutritional supportive could help in maintaining sound health and increase immunity for prevention and management of such type of viral infections.

In systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA), due to their long term, multi-drug exposure and their side effects, non-adherence to therapy is common and is associated with adverse clinical outcome. In this study, we aimed to evaluate and compare medication adherence in patients with SLE and RA considering their psychosocial factors, health literacy, and current life concerns.
88 patients fulfilled the criteria of RA(N46) and SLE(N42);using disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs or immunosuppressive, we evaluated, their demographic data, co-morbid diseases, the number of medications, estimated income, having health insurance, family size and disease poor prognostic factors. The 8-item Morisky's Medication Adherence, Depression by Beck depression inventory (21 Q), and drug literacy level were used.
Medication non-adherence was seen in 91.3% of the RA group and 90.4% of the SLE group. Moderate to very severe depression was seen in [21 (45.7%)] and [12 (25.9%)] of the RA and SLE patieneracy had no significant effect on medication adherence.Heterocycles are the main structural motif of DNA and RNA and play crucial role in various chemical reactions of metabolisms. This review gives first time gives an overview of the progress made in the synthesis and functionalization of coumarin-pyrazole hybrid heterocycle. It also includes discussion on the possible reactive sites of heterocycles, functionalization and mechanistic pathways to incorporate pyrazole pharmacophore unit in synthesis. Several synthesis and biological studies revealed that combination of coumarin-pyrazole moiety is a prominent structural motif to find lead compounds in drug discovery.

However, the spread of HIV-1 drug resistance mutations represents an emerging threat to the long-term success of HIV treatment programs.
To evaluate the trend of the HIV drug resistance to InSTIs in a large cohort of HIV-positive people in order to assess the risk represented by these subjects in the spread of the HIV infection to the community.
A cross-sectional study was conducted analysing all the InSTIs resistance tests performed in HIV positive subjects in the period 2017-2019 by the HIV Laboratory of the University Hospital "Gaetano Martino" of Messina, Italy.
In 2017-2019, 252 InSTIs resistance tests were performed of which 59 (23.4%), 88 (34.9%) and 105 (41.7%) respectively in the three considered years.
