We systematically searched for SRs using GRADE that were published between 2015 and 2019 in the 10 "nutrition" journals with the highest impact factor according to the JCR 2018.

Out of 800 SRs, 55 SRs of randomized control trials (RCTs) and/or nonrandomized studies (NRSs) used GRADE. Forty-seven SRs (5.9%) rated the outcome specific certainty of evidence (n=36 in 2018/2019). We identified a total of 465 certainty of evidence outcome ratings (n=335 RCT ratings), ranging from very-low (28.8%) to low (41%), moderate (26.5%), and high (3.7%). Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a progressive and irreversible neurodegenerative disease. In recent years, machine learning methods have been widely used on analysis of neuroimage for quantitative evaluation and computer-aided diagnosis of AD or prediction on the conversion from mild cognitive impairment (MCI) to AD. In this study, we aimed to develop a new deep learning method to detect or predict AD in an efficient way.

We proposed a densely connected convolution neural network with connection-wise attention mechanism to learn the multi-level features of brain MR images for AD classification. We used the densely connected neural network to extract multi-scale features from pre-processed images, and connection-wise attention mechanism was applied to combine connections among features from different layers to hierarchically transform the MR images into more compact high-level features. Furthermore, we extended the convolution operation to 3D to capture the spatial information of MRI. In this study, we aimed to monitor the changes of intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) MRI parameters during the early post-treatment period in mouse models of human rectal carcinoma, and to test whether these changes relate to the final response. Thirty-two mice with subcutaneous-tumor were randomly divided into control (n = 11), chemoradiotherapy (n = 10) and chemotherapy (n = 11) group. Tumors were monitored by IVIM at day 0, 3, 7, 9 after treatment. The final tumor response was determined by tumor remission-rate and necrosis scores. The results indicated that within 9 days after treatment, D values increased in both treated groups, but remained stable in control group. D values were significantly higher in chemotherapy group at day 7 and in each treated group at day 9 than in control group (day 7, p = 0.004; day 9 p = 0.011 and 0.009, respectively). D* values decreased in treated groups, and showed significantly lower than in control group at day 7 (p less then 0.001). There was a strong positive correlation between delta D*% (D*day0 - day7/D*day0) and tumor remission rate (r = 0.707, p less then 0.001), and a mild negative correlation between delta D% and tumor necrosis scores (r = -0.526, p = 0.014). link3 D and D* values in rectal carcinoma xenograft models appeared tendency change during the early post-treatment period. In conclusion, early changes of D and D* values may have potential for predicting the final efficacy of chemoradiotherapy.
