Topaz Investments Malta Limited was authorized by the Communications Commission, to acquire the 38.2353 percent stake in Prometheus Holdings Malta Limited, the beneficial owner of Silknet.

Topaz Investments Malta Limited Limited's final beneficiary is Erkin Takishev. Yerkin Tatishev Tatishev is a long-standing Silk Road Group Partner.

If the transaction is successful, the redistribution of Silknet beneficial owners will change. Kusto Group Daniel Kunin Giorgi Rajishvili's share in the transaction has decreased and he'll have a similar share to Yerkin Takishev.
