Wikipedia is a widely used online reference work which cites hundreds of thousands of scientific articles across its entries. The quality of these citations has not been previously measured, and such measurements have a bearing on the reliability and quality of the scientific portions of this reference work. Using a novel technique, a massive database of qualitatively described citations, and machine learning algorithms, we analyzed 1 923 575 Wikipedia articles which cited a total of 824 298 scientific articles in our database and found that most scientific articles cited by Wikipedia articles are uncited or untested by subsequent studies, and the remainder show a wide variability in contradicting or supporting evidence. Additionally, we analyzed 51 804 643 scientific articles from journals indexed in the Web of Science and found that similarly most were uncited or untested by subsequent studies, while the remainder show a wide variability in contradicting or supporting evidence.

Biologic therapies are one of the most significant breakthroughs in the treatment of rheumatic diseases, although there is still some uncertainty surrounding long-term patient safety. Recently, a growing number of patients browse the Internet as a source of health-related information. We aimed to assess the quality of information available on YouTube videos regarding the side effects of biologic therapy.

We used the keywords "biologic therapy side effects," "biologic therapy risks," "biologic therapy safety," "biologic agents side effects," "biologic agents risks," and "biologic agents safety." Also, the generic and commercial names of biologic agents were searched on YouTube in May 2020. The quality and reliability of the videos was assessed according to the global quality score (GQS), DISCERN score. Video Power Index (VPI) used to assess both the view and the like ratios of the videos.

Seventy-five videos were evaluated. According to the GQS, 31 videos (40.3%) were of high quality, 18 videos (23.4%) were of intermediate quality, and 28 videos (36.4%) were of low quality. The GQS was significantly positively correlated with the DISCERN score (P<.001). VPI scores were not correlated with DISCERN (P=.268) and GQS scores (P=.411).

YouTube videos on the side effects of biologic therapy are informative for patients and physicians. High-quality videos are more reliable but may not be as popular as expected.

However, it is still challenging to accurately design their structures with targeted photoluminescence properties. Herein, high pressure is used to change the self-trapped exciton (STE) emission of 0D (bmpy)9 [ZnBr4 ]2 [Pb3 Br11 ] (bmpy 1-butyl-1-methylpyrrolidinium). Under initial compression, the simultaneous contraction and distortion of photoactive [Pb3 Br11 ]5- vary the equilibrium of STE emissions between different excited states, tuning the emission color from yellow green to cyan. Notably, sufficient structural distortion under continuous compression leads to the formation of more and deeper STE states, exhibiting an unprecedented broadband white-light emission. This study reveals the structure-dependent optical properties of 0D hybrid metal halides, providing novel insights into the mechanism of STE emission.

Magnetic Resonance-guided radiotherapy (MRgRT) systems allow continuous monitoring of therapy volumes during treatment delivery and personalized respiratory gating approaches. Treatment length may therefore be significantly affected by patient's compliance and breathing control. We quantitatively analyzed treatment process time efficiency (T

) using data obtained from real-world patient treatment logs to optimize MRgRT delivery settings.

Data corresponding to the first 100 patients treated with a low T hybrid MRI-Linac system, both in free breathing (FB) and in breath hold inspiration (BHI) were collected. T

has been computed as the percentage difference of the actual single fraction's total treatment time and the predicted treatment process time, as computed by the TPS during plan optimization. Differences between the scheduled and actual treatment room occupancy time were also evaluated. Finally, possible correlations with planning, delivery and clinical parameters with T

were also investigated.

Nine hundred and nineteen treatment fractions were evaluated. T

difference between BHI and FB patients' groups was statistically significant and the mean T

were 42.4%, and -0.5% respectively. No correlation was found with T

for BHI and FB groups. Planning, delivering and clinical parameters classified BHI and FB groups, but no correlation with T

was found.

The use of BHI gating technique can increase the treatment process time significantly. BHI technique could be not always an adequate delivery technique to optimize the treatment process time. Further gating techniques should be considered to improve the use of MRgRT.

To evaluate the prototype, 20 healthy adults participated in two magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) visits, separated by 2-6 months, in which they performed a visually guided dorsiflexion/plantar flexion task with their left foot, right foot, and alternating feet. Dependent measures included evoked blood oxygen level-dependent (BOLD) signal in the motor network, head movement associated with dorsiflexion/plantar flexion, the test-retest reliability of these measurements. PD173212 mouse Left and right unipedal movement led to a significant increase in BOLD signal compared to rest in the medial portion of the right and left primary motor cortex (respectively), and the ipsilateral cerebellum (FWE corrected, p 0.75) and the angular displacement of the ankle joint (ICC 0.842). This bipedal device can robustly isolate activity in the motor network during alternating plantarflexion and dorsiflexion with minimal head movement, while providing high test-retest reliability. Ultimately, these data and open-source building instructions will provide a new, economical tool for investigators interested in evaluating brain function resulting from lower extremity movement.

There is increasing evidence that long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) small nucleolar RNA host gene 20 (SNHG20) plays an important role in cancer. However, the function of SNHG20 in lung adenocarcinoma is unclear. link2 The aim of our study was to investigate the roles of SNHG20 in lung adenocarcinoma.

Real-time quantitative polymerasechain reaction (RT-qPCR) was used to calculate the expression of SNHG20, miR-342 and DEAD-box helicase 49 (DDX49). Dual luciferase reporter gene assay was applied to verify whether miR-342 binding to SNHG20 and DDX49. The expression correlation between miR-342 and SNHG20 or DDX49 was assessed using Pearson's correlation analysis.

SNHG20 and DDX49 were overexpressed, while miR-342 was lowly expressed in lung adenocarcinoma tissues and cell lines. Knockdown of SNHG20 suppressed cell proliferation, invasion and enhanced cell apoptosis. SNHG20 was found to directly bind to miR-342 and regulate the expression of miR-342. MiR-342 directly targeted DDX49 and the expression of miR-342 had negative connection with DDX49 in lung adenocarcinoma tissues. Knockdown of DDX49 inhibited the progression of lung adenocarcinoma. DDX49 partially restored the functions of SNHG20 in A549 cells.

SNHG20 regulated lung adenocarcinoma cell proliferation, invasion and promoted cell apoptosis via miR-342/DDX49 axis. Our findings demonstrate that SNHG20/miR-342/DDX49 axis plays an important role in lung adenocarcinoma, providing a novel insight into the treatment of lung adenocarcinoma.

Herein, starting from well-organized WS2 nanorods, an ingenious design of a one-step method is proposed to prepare a bimetallic sulfide composite with a coaxial carbon coating layer, simply enabled by ZIF-8 introduction. Rich sulfur vacancies and WS2 /ZnS heterojunctions can be simultaneously developed, that significantly improve ionic and electronic diffusion kinetics. In addition, a homogeneous carbon protective layer around the surface of the composite guarantees an outstanding structural stability, a reversible capacity of 170.8 mAh g-1 after 5000 cycles at a high rate of 5 A g-1 . A great potential in practical application is also exhibited, where a full cell based on the WS2-x /ZnS@C anode and the P2-Na2/3 Ni1/3 Mn1/3 O2 cathode can maintain a reversible capacity of 89.4 mAh g-1 after 500 cycles at 1 A g-1 . Moreover, the underlying electrochemical Na storage mechanisms are illustrated in detail by theoretical calculations, electrochemical kinetic analysis, and operando X-ray diffraction characterization.

Although patients with avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID) often consult general paediatric services initially, existing literature mostly concentrated on intensive eating disorder treatment settings. This cross-sectional study sought to describe symptoms of ARFID and their associations with eating disorder psychopathology, quality of life, anthropometry, and physical comorbidities in a general paediatric sample.

In N = 111 patients (8-18 years) seeking treatment for physical diseases, prevalence of ARFID-related restrictive eating behaviours was estimated by self-report and compared to population-based data (N = 799). Using self-report and medical record data, further ARFID diagnostic criteria were evaluated. Patients with versus without symptoms of ARFID based on self-report and medical records were compared in diverse clinical variables.

The prevalence of self-reported symptoms of ARFID was not higher in the inpatient than population-based sample. Only picky eating and shape concern were more common in the inpatient than population-based sample. Although 68% of the inpatient sample reported any restrictive eating behaviours, only 7% of patients showed symptoms of ARFID based on medical records in addition to self-report, particularly those with underweight, without significant effects for age, sex, and medical diagnoses.

The study revealed the importance of considering ARFID within the treatment of children and adolescents with physical diseases, especially for those with underweight. link3 Further research is needed to replicate the findings with interview-based measures and to investigate the direction of effects in ARFID and its physical correlates.
