In this work, selected porcelain shards that were excavated at the Forbidden City were analyzed by using microscopy observation, micro-Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer to obtain a deep understanding of overglaze green pigment technique on famille rose porcelain. The results revealed that four types of green pigment are used in the selected samples. The prevalence of upper limb tenosynovial complications in conditions entering differential diagnosis with CA, such as HCM or Anderson-Fabry disease (AFD), and hence their predictive accuracy in this setting, still remains unresolved.
To investigate the prevalence of CTS and BBTR in a consecutive cohort of ATTR-CA patients, compared with patients with HCM or AFD and with individuals without cardiac disease history.
Consecutive patients with a diagnosis of ATTR-CA, HCM and AFD were evaluated. A control group of consecutive patients was recruited among subjects hospitalized for noncardiac reasons and no cardiac disease history. The presence of BBTR, CTS or prior surgery related to these conditions was ascertained.
342 patients were prospectively enrolled, including 168 ATTR-CA (141 ATTRwt, 27 ATTRm), 81 with HCM/AFD (N=72 and 9, respectively) and 93 controls. CTS was present in 75% ATTR-CA patients, compared with 13% and 10% of HCM/AFD and controls (P=0.0001 for both comparisons). Bilateral CTS was present in 60% of ATTR-CA patients, while it was rare (2%) in the other groups. BBTR was present in 44% of ATTR-CA patients, 8% of controls and 1% in HCM/AFD.

This study characterized white matter in mFND patients compared to healthy controls (HCs), and investigated associations between fiber bundle integrity and cardiac interoception. Voxel-based analysis and tractography quantified fractional anisotropy (FA) in 38 mFND patients compared to 38 HCs. Secondary analyses compared functional seizures (FND-seiz; n = 21) or functional movement disorders (n = 17) to HCs. Network lesion mapping identified gray matter origins of implicated fiber bundles. Within-group mFND analyses investigated relationships between FA, heartbeat tracking accuracy and interoceptive trait prediction error (discrepancies between interoceptive accuracy and self-reported bodily awareness). Results were corrected for multiple comparisons, and all findings were adjusted for depression and trait anxiety. mFND and HCs did not show any between-group interoceptive accuracy or FA differences. However, the FND-seiz subgroup compared to HCs showed decreased integrity in right-lateralized tracts extreme capsule/inferior fronto-occipital fasciculus, arcuate fasciculus, inferior longitudinal fasciculus, and thalamic/striatum to occipital cortex projections. These alterations originated predominantly from the right temporoparietal junction and inferior temporal gyrus. Neutrophils and eosinophilic granular cells were also demonstrated as important immune cells in the epidermis of the upper lip. Furthermore, lymphocytes and basophils could be identified with macrophage in the epidermal layer of the upper lip. Numerous telocytes were demonstrated between the collagen fibers of the dermis and bundles of myelinated nerve fibers. In conclusion, the skin of the upper lip region of silver carp displayed many sensory and immunological characteristic features.

We provide an example of the application of the model in practice and demonstrate how this enabled us to understand the competencies and development needs of the workforce; engage effectively with stakeholders; and develop, deliver and evaluate a PBS WFD model.

We aimed to determine the impact of oxygen, nitrous oxide, and air concentrations added to the volatile agent by recording the incidence of hypoxemia following an inhalation gaseous induction in children.
Records from an Automated Information Management System were used to find the incidence of hypoxemia following an inhalation induction of anesthesia. Episodes of hypoxemia (SaO
<90% sustained for at least 120s) were recorded in the 10min after the 3-min induction period. Nitrous oxide and oxygen concentrations were recorded and nitrogen concentration was deduced. We also considered patient sex, age, and ASA status as covariates.
A total of 27258 cases were included in the analysis. The overall incidence of hypoxemia following an inhalation induction of anesthesia was 5.08% (95% CI 4.83 5.35). Hypoxemia was more common in younger patients and those with higher ASA scores. Controlling for those factors and sex, the incidence of hypoxemia increased 1.2-fold when inspired oxygen concentration was less than 60% and hypoxemia was 2.37 times greater than the overall incidence when the inspired oxygen concentration was less than 40%. Profile characteristics are factors that are relevant for diagnosis, prognosis or treatment. The present study aims to develop a set of clinically relevant profile characteristics. Moreover, our goal is to determine the inter-rater reliability (IRR) of the selected profile characteristics.
Potential profile characteristics were determined by literature review. Assessment of IRR was done by comparing scores on profile characteristics determined by two researchers. We conducted three subsequent studies (1) assessment of pre-training IRR, (2) IRR following implementation of an instruction manual, (3) IRR after optimizing scoring methods. IRR was measured with the Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC).
