Venetoclax is a selective inhibitor of the anti-apoptotic protein B-cell lymphoma 2(BCL-2)and has great potential in treating a variety of hematological tumors. In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars have tried to use venetoclax singal or in combination with some drugs to treat the patients with hematological tumors, including elderly acute myeloid leukemia(AML)patients un suitable for intensive chemotherapy, relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia(CLL), Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL)and multiple myeloma(MM)patients, these studies have achieved good results. At the same time, some scholars found that the secondary drug-resistance occurred in some patients who continuous treated with Venetoclax, and explored the Venetoclax-resistant mechanism. In this review, the research advance of Venetoclax in hematological tumors and the mechanisms of drug resistance are summarized and discussed briefly.Acute myeloid leukemia(AML)is a myelopoietic stem/progenitor malignant disease. The exact etiology of this leukemia remains unclear, thus it is important to explore the pathogenesis of AML and to discover the new diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets. The long non coding RNA (lnc RNA) is a class of RNA molecules with transcripts over 200 nucleotides in eukaryotic cells which almost don't possess the ability to code proteins, but can regulate the expression of other genes at transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels, thereby participate in occurrence and development of varied tumors. Of late years, along with the deepening of study, the lncRNA roles played in the AML have been reported and confirmed. In this review, the relationships between the IncRNA (UCA1, ANRIL, H19, HOTAIR, CCAT1, ZFAS1, LINC00152, HOXA-A52, NEAT1, TUG1, IRAIN1, PANDAR, LINC00899, SNHG5, and KCNQ1OT1) and AML is summarized briefly, so as to provide the potential basis for the clinical diagnosis and therapy of AML.Plasmablastic lymphoma(PBL) shows a low incidence and poor prognosis, moreover, there is no standard treatment regimen for PBL. The treatment effect and value of CHOP regimen and radiotherapy are limited. Some studies showed that intensive chemotherapy alone or its combination with proteasome inhibitors or immune regulator can improve the overall survival of patients with PBL, which can be used as the first-line therapy for PBL patients. CAR-T and immunocheckpoint inhibitors showed treatment effect for the patients with refractory and relapsed plasmablastic lymphoma. The clinical value of potential targets in treating tumour worth to be studied further.

To explore the possible etiological factors of iron overload through detecting plasma hepcidin level of adult males at Tibet plateau.

81 Tibetan male adult patients hospitalized in our department during January 2017 - December 2018 were selected, and divided into iron overload group and non-iron overload group. The difference in serum ferritin, serum iron, total iron binding capacity, hemoglobin, HBSAg, ALT, AST, albumin, creatinine and hepcidin of patients in each group were tested. To analyze the differences between groups. The regression analysis was applied to analyze the relationship between laboratory index and hepcidin.

The plasma hepcidin of iron overload group was significantly higher than that of the non-iron overload group [93.69 (65.57-133.92) ng/ml vs 63.93 (40.01-90.65) ng/ml] (P=0.005). And there was a positive correlation between plasma hepcidin and ferritin (β=0.03 ng/ml,95%CI 0.01-0.05) (P<0.01) and BMI (β=5.71 ng/ml,95%CI 0.54-10.88) (P<0.05).

Iron overload at Tibet plateau can not be attributed to hepcidin deficiency in Tibetan adult male patients. Iron metabolism disorders in Tibetan population may be associated with metabolic syndrome.

To analyze the characteristics of allelic and haplotypic polymorphisms of human leukocyte antigens at HLA-A, -B, -C, DRB1 and DQB1 loci in Guangxi Zhuang population.

Polymerase chain reaction-sequence based typing (PCR-SBT) was used to detect. The five loci (HLA-A, -B, -C, -DRB1, -DQB1) in 350 unrelated Zhuang ethnic individual from Guangxi region. Allelic and haplotypic frequencies were calculated by using Arlequin software 3.5.2.2. Phylogeny tree were constructed by using MEGA software 6.0, and SPSS software was used for principal component analysis.

Among the five loci in the population, only HLA-A and DRB1 loci were observed as departures from Hardy-Weinberg expectations. A total of 19 HLA-A, 42 HLA-B, 22 HLA-C, 25 HLA-DRB1 and 15 HLA-DQB1 alleles were found in 350 samples. The most highest frequent alleles were A*11 01(28.57%), B*46 01(14.00%), C*01 02(18.43%), DRB1*16 02 (15.71%)and DQB1*05 02 (35.00%) . The most common five loci haplotype was A*33 03-C*03 02-B*58 01-DRB1*03 01-DQB1*02 01(6.86%). The phylogenetic tree analysis showed that Guangxi Zhuang population had a relative close genetic relationship with southern Han Chinese populations.

This reaserch found that the HLA-A, B, C, DRB1 and DQB1 loci are highly polymorphic in Guangxi Zhuang population.

To analyze the reentry situation of HBsAg single reagent reactive blood donors in Anhui province, and to verify the rationality and effectiveness of reentry strategy of blood donors in Anhui province.

Shielded blood donors who were HBsAg single reagent reactive might voluntarily apply for returning to the team of blood donors after the shield of 6 months. Blood bankstaff that shielded those donors should draw blood and conduct screening tests. Samples from donors who were HBsAg negative should be delivered to Anhui Blood Center to conduct the reentry detections. Shielded blood donors were allowed to return to the team if the results of HBsAg test, neutralization test, HBcAb test and nucleic acid test were negative.

109 person-portions of samples for returning to team from September 2013 to December 2016 were delivered to Anhui Blood Center. After reentry tests, 60 of them were negative, 8 cases were positive, while 41 cases were undetermined, and the qualified rate was 55.05%.25 negative donors were from Hefei, 20 of them donated blood again and were negative.

The shielding and reentry strategy of blood donors with HBsAg single reagent reactive in Anhui province is rational and effective. However, there are still some deficiencies in trace of donors and information transmission, which needs to be further improved.

To explore the reasons causing the false positive of HBsAg single-ELISA-reactive in blood donors of Jiangsu province so as to provide reference data for the return of blood donors.

Serological test HBsAg ELISA parallel detection was performed on 319 444 samples of blood donors from 2014 to 2017; the ECLIA was employed to confirm the single-ELISA-reactive (S/CO≥0.5) samples, the nucleic acid test was used to detect the HBV DNA on the all single-ELISA-reactive samples in 6/8 people mixed/single. Reagent evaluation the Receiver-Operating-Characteristic curve (ROCC) was drawn by the ECLIA/NAT results as the gold standard, and the diagnostic performance of reagents A and B under different cut-off was evaluated.

A total of 227 (0.71‰) single-ELISA-reactive samples were detected among 319 444 blood donors, including 39 cases (17.2%) of positive HBsAg and 12 cases (5.3%) of positive HBV DNA; Under the maximum YI, the COI (1.0) employed by the manufacturer recommendation has a better diagnostic value than laboraOI can be set as 2.4 COI and (0.5-1.4) COI for reagent A and B to reduce false positive rate.

To investigate the clinical characteristics and prognostic risk factors of HLH children with central nervous system (CNS) involvement so as to provide more reference for further improving the prognosis of HLH children.

The clinical data of 45 HLH children with CNS involvement treated in our hospital from January 2006 to October 2016 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. The clinical characteristics of HLH children with CNS involvement were recorded, moreover the possible factors influencing the prognosis of HLH children with CNS involvement were analyzed using univariate and multivariate analysis through the establishment of Cox risk ratio model.

Among 45 HLH children with CNS involvement, male was 19 cases and female was 26 cases. The median age of 4.0 years old (1.0-15.1). The detection showed that EBV found in 38 cases (84.44%), CMV infection in 1 case (2.22%), bacterial infection in 3 cases (6.67%), connection tissue disease in 1 case (2.22%) and indefinite etiology infection in 2 cases (4.44 by Cox risk model showed that abnormal cerebrospinal fluid and absence of intrathecal injection were independent risk factors for of HLH children with CNS involvement (P<0.05).

The clinical prognosis of HLH children with CNS involvement is relatively poor, moreover some of HLH children with CNS involvement have neural sequelae. The cerebrospinal fluid abnormality and absence of intrathecal injection are independent risk factors leading to poor prognosis for HLH clildren with CNS involvement.

To establish a secondary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis(HLH) mouse model, and to investigate the effect of ruxolitinib on the disease manifestation of model mice.

Wild type C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups two groups of mice were intraperitoneally injected with CpG oligodeoxynucleotide 1826 (CpG-ODN1826) every other day to induce HLH, and other two groups were control groups. One group of the CpG-ODN1826 groups and one of the control groups were given ruxolitinib, and other two groups were given the same amount of PBS. Blood samples, serum ferritin and hepatic/spleen weights of experimental mice were detected and serum cytokine levels were measured by ELISA.

Compared with the control groups, the levels of white blood cells, hemoglobin and platelets in the CpG-ODN1826 groups were significantly lower (P<0.05); and liver/body weight, spleen/body weight, serum ferritin, sCD25, IL-10, IL-1β, IFN-Ƴ, IL-12p70, GM-CSF, TNF-α and IL-18 levels significantly increased (P<0.05). Degrasyn in vivo There was no significant difference in the levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-22, IL-13, IL-27 and IL-23 between the two groups (P>0.05). The spleen in CpG group had disordered internal structure, expanding red pulp and hyperplastic nucleated cells. The liver had severe perivascular inflammations. The spleen/weight of the ruxolitinib-treated mice in the CpG-ODN1826 group was significantly smaller than that of the unapplied ruxolitinib (P<0.05).

The CpG-ODN1826 can induce secondary HLH symptoms in wild type C57BL/6 mice. Ruxolitinib can alleviate the symptoms of splenomegaly in HLH model mice.
