Getting a Kia Sportage Key Replacement

Keyless Entry System

The transponder chip key is an automobile security device that relays an unique code to the car's immobilizer once it's inserted into the ignition. The immobilizer blocks the starter motor, fuel pump motor, as well as any other systems that would allow the car to run without the identification code of the transponder chip.
