Roasting

As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate and softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a drink that can be consumed by itself, or paired with cake or milk chocolate. It is a great match with lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.

When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boiling water to ensure that it stays warm and ready to brew. After the coffee is brewed, allow it to sit for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Do not stir or agitate your coffee as it can cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in the cup.

Strength - 3, easy and easy going, great for relaxing at the weekend.

Storage

Make sure to heat your French Press by using water that isn't yet at the boiling point. This will stop the coffee from being too extracted and resulting in undesirable elements in the drink. Add the grounds, and 250ml of water that has been taken off the boil. For 4 minutes, simmer then plunge and take a drink and.
