Monochasma savatieri belongs to Scrophulariaceae family. It is a facultative parasitic plant distributed in southern China that has been found in Jiangxi, Guangdong, and Fujian provinces. Previous studies on this plant have focused on its chemical constituents and pharmacological effects. The research foundation of molecular biology and functional genomics is still very in-depth, and there is no report on the reference genes. In this study, 6 reference gene(UBQ, GAPDH, AP-2, ACT, TUB and CYP) from transcriptome database, were selected and analyzed in M. savatieri. The experiment mainly involve two variables, soil moisture content and arbuscular mycorrhizal symbiosis(Rhizophagus irregularis). And the different combination of the factors result in a total of 6 treatments.Statistical tools, including GeNorm, NormFinder and Bestkeeper were utilized to assess the suitability of reference genes based on their stability rankings for different treatment. The result showed that the stability of 6 reference genes were significantly different. TUB and GAPDH were the most stable gene, while ACT was the most instable one. The results would provide reliable and optional available reference genes in gene expression analysis of M. savatieri, which has important application value. The root of Angelica sinensis is known throughout Asia for its traditional efficacy in invigorating and promoting blood circulation. The wild germplasm resources of A. sinensis was in short supply, and most of the commercial medicinal materials come from cultivation. Thiomyristoyl in vivo To obtain the differences in the transcriptional levels of wild and cultivated of A. sinensis, the full-length transcriptome of A. sinensis was analyzed using PacBio SMRT three-generation high-throughput sequencing technology. Using the high-throughput sequencing platform Illumina HiSeq X Ten PE150, a root transcriptome dataset of wild and cultivated A.sinensis was obtained. The transcriptome sequencing analyses obtained 16.5 Gb database in wild and cultivated A.sinensis, after assembly steps, we obtain 113 906 transcript sequences(insfroms) with an average length of 1 466 nt. BLAST analysis indicated that 109 113(accounting for 95.79% of the total insfroms), 93 276(81.89%),60 638(53.24%),48 928(42.95%),42 876(37.64%)isofroms were successfully anrch and secondary metabolic pathway analysis. The present study was conducted to explore the effect of constant temperature overwintering on the growth, gonadal development and internal quality of the Wh. pigra which were in overwintering period. Wh. pigra which in overwintering period were placed in light incubator at 21 ℃, and the Wh. pigra that overwintered under natural conditions were used as control. That the changes of growth performance, gonad index, internal quality of two groups of Wh. pigra were measured at the end of the overwintering. Simultaneously the tissue slice technique was used to observe the morphological structure of the spermary and ovary of the two groups. The results showed that the body weight of constant temperature overwintering Wh. pigra which were placed in light incubator at 21 ℃ was 2.35 times that of natural overwintering Wh. pigra which overwintered under natural conditions, and the weight of female gonads of the Wh. pigra which were placed in light incubator at 21 ℃ was 11.54% higher than that of Wh. pigra which overwintered under natural conditions, and the weight of male gonads of the Wh. pigra which were placed in light incubator at 21 ℃ was 48.33% higher than that of the Wh. pigra which overwintered under natural conditions. At the same time, that vitellogenesis cells and film forming cells which in ovarian vesicles were significantly higher than those of the Wh. pigra which overwintered under natural conditions, and that spermatogonia and primary spermatocytes which in seminal vesicle were significantly higher than those of Wh. pigra which overwintered under natural conditions. Most important of all, the anti-thrombin activity of Wh. pigra which were placed in light incubator at 21 ℃ increased by 27.85% compared with the Wh. pigra that overwintered under natural conditions. In conclusion, that constant temperature can promote the growth, the development of sperm and egg cells, and the increase of anti-thrombin activity of Wh. pigra which were in overwintering period.Mineral nutrient elements are the key factors to maintain the growth and quality of American ginseng. In order to understand the comprehensive effect of different nutrient elements deficiency on American ginseng, 2-year-old American ginsengs were cultivated by Hoagland solution(CK) or 10 different nutrients deficiency solution in sand culture. During the cultivation, the deficient symptom was observed. The plant height, leaf area, biomass, photosynthetic index, root activity, ginsenoside content were measured. The results showed that N, K or Fe deficiency could lead to leaves of American ginseng yellowing. Deficiency N, K, Ca, Mg and B were the main factors that decrease plant height and leaf area. The biomass of plant decreased significantly in all the nutrient deficient treatments(P less then 0.05)compared with control group, and N, K, Ca or Fe deficiency groups descended over 50%. In the absence of N, K and Fe elements, the P_n, G_s, C_i, T_r and chlorophyll of leaves were decreased mostly. The first three factors decreasing root activity were N, K and Ca deficiency. The effects of nutrient deficiency on saponins of American ginseng were different.Generally, N, P, B, Zn and Cu deficiency resulted the synthesis of saponins decreased significantly(P less then 0.05). This study contributed to clarify the demand characteristics of American ginseng for different nutrient elements, which is of great significance for the diagnose of nutrient deficiency, the rational fertilizer and the improvement of yield and quality of American ginseng. The historical preparation methods of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma were summarized and analyzed by consulting relevant literatures of herbal medicines and medical classics. This study also reviewed the records of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma processing methods in previous editions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the regulations on processing technology of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma decoction pieces in China. This paper summarized the processing history of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and defined the development process of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma processing. According to textual research from ancient times to today, there are many ways to process Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma. The processing methods without auxiliary materials include braising, frying, cooking, simmering and adding such auxiliary materials as wine, vinegar, salt, oil, ginger, honey, water and bile. There are 9 editions of the published Chinese Pharmacopoeia that document the processing of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, and 24 provinces and cities nationwide record the processing of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.
