In this work, this technique was implemented in the framework of the dual delineation approach. This involves a single groundwater flow linear solution and a pure advective transport solution with different right-hand sides. The new solver was compared with other preconditioned iterative methods, the MODFLOW's GMG solver, and direct sparse solvers. Test problems include two- and three-dimensional benchmarks spanning homogeneous and highly heterogeneous and anisotropic formations. For the groundwater flow problems, using the algebraic multigrid preconditioning speeds up the numerical solution by one to two orders of magnitude. The algebraic multigrid preconditioner efficiency was preserved for the three dimensional heterogeneous and anisotropic problem unlike for the MODFLOW's GMG solver. Contrarily, a sparse direct solver was the most efficient for the pure advective transport processes such as the forward travel time simulations. Hence, the best sparse solver for the more general advection-dispersion transport equation is likely to be Péclet number dependent. When equipped with the best solvers, processing multimillion grid blocks by the dual delineation approach is a matter of seconds. This paves the way for its routine application to large geological models. The paper gives practical hints on the strategies and conditions under which algebraic multigrid preconditioning would remain competitive for the class of nonlinear and/or transient problems.Objectives Drug incompatibilities may compromise the safety and effectiveness of combined drugs and result in mild-to-serious clinical complications, such as catheter obstruction, loss of drug efficacy, formation of toxic derivatives and embolism. The spectra obtained upon measurements in the interior of the cars are compared with those measured in office locations at different times of the day and with different disturbances of the geomagnetic field (k-index of disturbance 2-8). The power spectral density of the electromagnetic field in cars moving on busy roads in the frequency range of 10-3 -102 Hz is one to three orders of magnitude higher than that in urban offices. This raises a question regarding the possible influence of these MFs on the psychophysiological state of drivers. In turn, in the daytime, the MF power in the range from 10-3 to 1 Hz inside the locations is three times higher compared with the power of a strong geomagnetic storm. Despite such an overwhelming magnetic background, geomagnetic storms affect various organisms. The nonspecific effect of magnetic storms is supposed to be associated with relatively long (lasting several hours or more [frequency range of 10-4 -10-5 Hz]) periods of enhancement or weakening of the local geomagnetic field. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinicopathological factors affecting NSLN metastasis in a total of 179 patients with cN+ BC downstaged to cN0 (120 in the training set and 59 in the validation set) who underwent both sentinel lymph node (SLN) biopsy and axillary lymph node dissection following NAC. Results Among 179 patients enrolled, the overall NSLN metastatic rate was 24.0% (95% confidence interval [CI] 17.7%-30.3%). In multivariate logistic regression analysis, the number of positive SLNs achieving a pathological complete remission of the breast and clinical node staging was independent predictors of NSLN metastasis. A nomogram was established based on these factors and displayed a good discriminatory capability, with an area under the curve of 0.
