A variety of practices have recently emerged which relate to both video games and gambling. These range from opening loot boxes, to esports betting, real-money video gaming, token wagering, and social casino spending. It is unknown either how harmful or how widespread many of these activities are. A sample of 1,081 adults from the UK aged 18+ was therefore recruited. Substitution can be defined as the consciously motivated choice to use one drug, either licit or illicit, instead of another, due to perceptions of cost, availability, safety, legality, substance characteristics, and substance attributions. Databases of EBSCOhost, PubMed, ProQuest, Wily, PROSPERO, and OpenGrey were systematically searched without any time limitation to find all full-text English journal articles studied at least one of the COSMIN checklist measurement properties of a school-health assessment tool in primary schools. Published protocols were evaluated and optimized to develop a more efficient protocol for the regeneration of plants from local potato cultivars in tissue culture, which is a prerequisite to facilitate potato genome modification. The explants were cultured on solid Murashige and Skoog medium supplemented with different concentrations and combinations of zeatin, 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP), gibberellic acid (GA3), 1-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) and indole-3-acetic acid (IAA). The maximum regeneration was induced from the stem internodal explants. A significant effect of the explant source on direct regeneration was confirmed with statistical analysis.
