Drug allergies (DA) are immunologically mediated adverse drug reactions and their manifestations depend on a variety of drug- and patient-specific factors. Exosomes are small membrane vesicles of endosomal origin and newly identified mediators of NTE. Although exosome-mediated changes are well documented in radiation therapy and oncology, there is a lack of knowledge regarding the role of exosomes derived from inside and outside the radiation field in the early and delayed induction of NTE following IR. Therefore, here we investigated the changes in exosome profile and the role of exosomes as possible molecular signalling mediators of radiation damage. Various modifications have been made to this framework to increase its classification power. This often results in an increased complexity and reduced efficiency. Inspired by the success of image-based scale coded BoW representations, we propose a spatio-temporal scale coded BoW (SC-BoW) for video-based recognition. This involves encoding extracted multi-scale information into BoW representations by partitioning spatio-temporal features into sub-groups based on the spatial scale from which they were extracted. We evaluate SC-BoW in two experimental setups. We first present a general pipeline to perform real-time action recognition with SC-BoW. Secondly, we apply SC-BoW onto the popular Dense Trajectory feature set. Results showed SC-BoW representations to successfully improve performance by 2-7% with low added computational cost. Notably, SC-BoW on Dense Trajectories outperformed more complex deep learning approaches. This study analyzed job stress (subfactors job autonomy and demand), job satisfaction, and managerial roles by employment type. Data comprised 33,420 cases from the fifth Korean Working Condition Survey. Regular employees had higher job autonomy and satisfaction fewer lower demands than irregular employees. For both, job autonomy positively and job demand negatively affected job satisfaction; the interaction of job autonomy and managerial roles negatively affected the relationship between job autonomy and satisfaction. In the relationship between job demand and satisfaction, the interaction of job demand and managerial roles had positive and negative effects for regular and irregular employees, respectively. The moderating effect of the interaction between job stress and managerial roles differed by employment type. Thus, managerial roles should differ by employment type.
