Concealed Weapon Slot

The concealed weapon slot is a specific slot that allows you to bring guns into the course of. Some players use this to achieve certain goals particularly those who are going for Suit Only. Gear Slot

The slots for gear will quickly fill up early in the game, resulting in the dreaded message "Your Gear Slots Are Full". This message stops Max to select new equipment until the previous items are removed or more space has been accumulated. The solution to this problem is the Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials which provide more inventory space in exchange for fulfilling challenge missions. Since a lot of these challenges could be overlooked and are scattered around the globe, it might take some time to obtain the maximum number inventory slots in the game.





The five Gear Slots of a player can be filled with up to five different gear types, which must be selected from the Gear Selection menu before a Break-In can begin. Each gear item (except the Pistol) takes up one Gear Slot while a set of similar items (like Grenades that are of the same type) only has one Gear Slot.

Agency Pickups

As you progress in Mission Mastery levels, you unlock various agency pickups on the map. These locations let you store items that don't fit in your concealed weapon or gear slot and get them back later.

These pickups are useful in situations where your job requires you to pass through a frisk or if you carry a weapon with you that could cause suspicion. But, you are only able to keep one item at a time at a pickup location for agencies.

This DLC also includes new asset protection and security contracts to the agency. Talk to the receptionist at the agency and stock up on snacks and armor. Then, head to the designated marker and spot a group when you arrive.
