Lightest Double Stroller
When looking for a light double stroller the weight and size are key factors to take into consideration. Choosing one that's easy to handle and compact when not in use makes it easier to put in the trunk of your car, and to maneuver through airport security and other foreign streets.

Kolcraft Cloud Plus
Designed for families that are on the move. Compact and light weight, it has an easy one-handed fold. The front suspension and all-terrain wheels as well as the multi-position reclining seats, can be used for children up to 50 pounds. The tray for parents and kids, large storage basket, and a three-tiered canopy that has a windows that peek out at the sun provide maximum protection.
The Cloud received one of the lowest scores in our quality tests because it has a flimsy seat, made of hard plastic, and a design which appears outdated. It's also more expensive than other strollers with a lighter weight. This is a bad option for parents looking for a budget option.
Although it's not the lightest double stroller, it has enough features to be worth a look. Its swiveling wheels make it easy to maneuver it on flat surfaces. It can also leap over curbs with ease. The Cloud's low, nearly knee-high handle has a disadvantage. It's not adjustable, and it's not adjustable. It's not a comfortable thing to push your legs dangling in the air and it's not helping that it's not cushioned.
During our testing, we discovered that the Cloud was easy to set up and opened. It's a little more difficult to close, however; you need to slide a slider before you press a large white button to get it to collapse. This can be a hassle if you are juggling children while doing it.
The Cloud has a small, but deep storage basket that could fit a medium diaper bag. It's a little narrow, though it's likely that you'll need to put something in it to reach back to take it out. The Cloud includes two tray for parents and children with two cup holders, but they're too narrow to comfortably hold larger bottles or cups.

The first products they made included diapers and crib pads and now they manufacture an array of baby items including highchairs and infant car seats, strollers and toys. The company is located in Chicago, and is an American manufacturer.
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a lightweight and minimalist double stroller that is great for traveling. It's super light at just 18 lbs (lighter than some single strollers!) It folds flat to make it easy to carry and store. It also features independently reclined seats and large SPF 50 sunvisors that have a peekaboo window. The visors can be adjusted to accommodate kids of different heights. It also has an integrated one-step parking brake and is Disney-size approved.
Jeep's swivel wheel system is also great for navigating over bumps and uneven terrain. However, this stroller doesn't accept car seats so your kids must be six months old and have good neck control to ride in the front seat. It does have a nice, three panel sun canopy, however each seat comes with its own snack tray and parent cupholders.
Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is a different incredibly light stroller with a side by side. It's heavier than Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 lbs. However, it's tinier and slimmer (26.5 inches wide!) and has a ton of luxurious details that make it perfect for travel. It is easy to fold, is extremely maneuverable and can be tucked away in trunks and overhead compartments of airplanes easily.
The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but has some key distinctions. It's also a bit more expensive, but it has greater maneuverability and the largest sun canopy. It also has a convenient carry strap and can accommodate children as heavy as 44 pounds per seat.
Summer 3D Pac for Infants CS+
Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a stroller that is light with a lot of features. It's not just light at 13 pounds and has plenty of storage in the form of parent and child cup holders, a sippy cup for children pocket and a parent storage pocket and much more. The stroller can also be used with a child's seat and has a brake that flips that is easy to engage. It's designed to evolve with your child from a newborn stroller to an adult stroller by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children aged 6 months of age and up.
The stroller is swivel-wheel only and no locking capability, so it may not be the best choice for terrain that is steep or rocky. It maneuvers well on paved sidewalks and other smooth surfaces it's an excellent option for most families.
This stroller is among the lightest double strollers that has full-size features in a sleek compact design. The quick-close feature lets you to fold it with only one hand in a matter of seconds, and it's small enough to fit easily into your garage or trunk. It can also be used as a stoller for travel and is compatible without adapters to most car seats.

The Kooper X2 is an excellent option for parents looking for a lightweight double stroller that can carry two children. The sling-style seats are comfortable and offer a similar amount of headroom, which allows children to be seated side-by-side. Contrary to other strollers with side-by-side seating, the Kooper X2 offers a fully reclined seat that's an ideal spot to nap. Its recline feature is simple to use, but it's not a perfect flat. Children who are taller may have legs hanging out when in the reclined position. It also has a large canopy that we found to be more effective at blocking out the sun than other strollers in our review of the top double strollers.
The stroller is light enough to to maneuver through door frames. This was an important issue with other strollers we have tested. It folds easily and its handlebars sit close to the ground, making it easy carrying. Its only flaw is its relatively small storage space, which is cramped when full of things for kids.
