Plaque-tumor clearance margins for transverse, sagittal, and coronal planes were higher for anteriorly located lesions (5.13mm± 0.11 [5.0-5.2], 5.10mm± 0.26 [4.9-5.4], and 5.33mm ± 0.45 [4.9-5.8] respectively) than for posteriorly located lesions (4.16mm± 1.44 [2.5-5.1], 4.13mm± 1.42 [2.5-5.1], and 4.2mm± 1.21 [2.8-5.0], respectively). The elevation of the posterior plaque edge from the sclera was 0.33mm±0.28 [0-0.5] and 0.63mm± 0.60 [0.7-1.2] for posterior and anterior lesions, respectively.

Greenspace exposure has been associated with physical activity, but few studies have investigated its association with physical activity in the residential neighborhood. This study investigates whether greater amounts of neighborhood open space and forest are associated with neighborhood-based walking in older adults.

In 2020, cross-sectional analyses were conducted on those aged ≥65 years from the 2017 National Household Travel Survey. Minutes of neighborhood walking per day were derived from travel diaries. Green land cover measures from the 2011 National Land Cover Dataset were linked to respondent data by the U.S. census tract. Adjusted linear regression models, using weights accounting for survey sampling, tested the associations between the percentage of green land cover in the neighborhood (open space, forest) and minutes of neighborhood walking per day. Adjusted models were stratified to examine whether the associations varied by an individual- and neighborhood-level SES, sex, and race/ethnicity.

The prevalence of leisure-time physical activity has increased in recent decades, but values differ significantly among countries. Owing to the improvement of living standards, a higher frequency of leisure-time physical activity is expected in Western countries such as Spain, but there is a lack of research involving large, representative samples during a prolonged temporal frame to confirm this tendency.

Individual representative data from the 1987, 1993, 1995, 1997, 2001, 2011, and 2017 rounds of the Spanish National Health Survey were used. Statistical analyses were conducted from April 9, 2020 to May 5, 2020.

A total of 114,813 participants (aged 43.9 [SD=16.7] years, 51.8% women) were included in the study. Crude linear trends in regular monthly and weekly leisure-time physical activity were estimated together using linear regression models across the survey years, which also served to estimate the regression coefficients (β) and 95% CIs for every year change. All age groups experienced significantly increased prevalence of regular leisure-time physical activity-either several times a month or several times a week-over time (p<0.001 for trend). Participants aged 16-17 years had the highest increase in the annual prevalence of regular leisure-time physical activity (β=0.8, 95% CI=0.7, 1.0). Additional adjusted multivariable logistic regression confirmed these trends.

This study shows an increase in regular leisure-time physical activity among the adult Spanish population during the period from 1987 to 2017. Younger participants consistently presented higher prevalence levels than older participants.

The U.S. is the only industrialized country in the world with no national policy mandating paid sick leave for workers. This study systematically reviews and quantifies the impact of paid sick leave on the use of healthcare services among employed adults.

Articles published from January 2000 to February 2020 were located in MEDLINE/PubMed, SCOPUS, ScienceDirect, and Embase from March/April 2020. Key search terms included paid sick leave and health care utilization. Articles were assessed for methodologic quality, and qualitative and quantitative data were extracted. From the quantitative data, pooled OR, distribution, and heterogeneity statistics were calculated when possible.

A total of 12 manuscripts met the criteria for systematic review, and 8 of them had statistics required for meta-analysis. Individuals with paid sick leave had 1.57 (95% CI=1.50, 1.63; p<0.001) odds of having an influenza vaccination, 1.54 (95% CI=1.48, 1.60; p<0.001) odds of having a mammogram, 1.33 (95% CI=1.25, 1.41; p<0.001) odds of seeing a doctor, and 1.29 (95% CI=1.18, 1.39; p<0.001) odds of getting a Pap test compared with individuals without paid sick leave. However, the I

was relatively high with a significant p-value for most of the services, indicating potential heterogeneity.

Paid sick leave is likely to be an effective way to increase the use of primary and preventive healthcare services in the U.S. Further studies should be carried out to track outcomes over a longer period and to compare the effect of the number of paid sick days in relation to healthcare utilization.

Healthcare systems are increasingly interested in identifying patients' housing-related risks, but minimal information exists to inform screening question selection. The primary study aim is to evaluate discordance among 5 housing-related screening questions used in health care.

This was a cross-sectional multisite survey of social risks used in a convenience sample of adults seeking care for themselves or their child at 7 primary care clinics and 4 emergency departments across 9 states (2018-2019). K-Ras(G12C) inhibitor 9 Housing-related risks were measured using 2 questions from the Accountable Health Communities screening tool (current/anticipated housing instability, current housing quality problems) and 3 from the Children's HealthWatch recommended housing instability screening measures (prior 12-month rent/mortgage strain, number of moves, current/recent homelessness). The 2-sided Fisher's exact tests analyzed housing-related risks and participant characteristics; logistic regression explored associations with reported health (2019-2020).
