To observe the clinical efficacy of Kinesio Taping combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of patellofemoral disorder in middle-aged and elderly exercise enthusiasts.

From April 2018 to April 2020, 62 middle-aged and elderly exercisers with patellofemoral disorder were selected and divided into observation group and control group. In the observation group, there were 30 cases12 males and 18 females, aged from 35 to 66 years old, with an average age of (48.32±6.80) years old. The observation group was treated with Kinesio Taping and electroacupuncture . In the control group, there were 32 cases12 males and 20 females, aged from 35 to 67 years old, with an averageage of (48.67±8.13) years old. The patients in the control group was treated with knee electroacupuncture. All the patients in both groups were treated once every other day, 3 times a week, for a total of 4 weeks. The VAS pain score and knee Lysholm score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups before and after tre clinical application.

Kinesio Taping combined with electroacupuncture is aimed at patellofemoral disorderof middle-aged and elderly sports enthusiasts. It has little trauma, can relieve pain and has a fast onset speed, which is readily accepted by patients, and promotes the rehabilitation of knee joint function of patients, thus providing a favorable reference for the promotion in clinical application.

To investigate the clinical results of the application of critical rehabilitation pathway in the rehabilitation after total knee arthroplasty.

From March 2015 to December 2019, 67 patients with total knee arthroplasty (TKA) were included. There were 49 females and 18 males, 42 cases on the left and 25 cases on the right, with an average age of 60 to 81(70.72±5.92) years old. Critical rehabilitation paths included intensive strength and gait rehabilitation exercises. selleck products All patients were evaluated before operation and 3, 12 months after operation. The evaluation indexes included stair climbing test (SCT), six minute walk test (6MWT), quadriceps and hamstring strength, range of motion, visual pain scale (VAS), Western Ontario McMasterUniversity Osteoarthritis score(WOMAC).

All the patients completed the entire pathway and the assessment. The results of pre-operative, 3 months after surgery and 12 months after surgery were as follows respectively. SCT-up (16.32±3.58) s, (18.16±2.46) s, (11.00±1.29) s,

Critical rehabilitation path is safe and effective. The knee function of patients who receive critical rehabilitation path after TKA is significantly improved in the first 12 months after operation.

To compare therapeutic effects between nape acupuncture combined with manipulation and simple manipulation in treating cervicogenic headache, and to verify the synergistic effect of manipulation and nape acupuncture.

Total 60 patients with cervicogenic headache were divided into two groupsnape acupuncture combined with manipulation group (group A) and manipulation group(group B). There were 30 patients in group A, including 12 males and 18 females with an average age of (41.37±12.09) years old, and an average course of disease of (23.73±15.54) months;there were 30 patients in the manipulation group (group B), including 14 males and 16 females with an average age of (42.40±12.05) years old, and an average course of disease of (25.53±14.33) months. In the group A, acupuncture therapy was performed firstly at the bilateral

To quantitatively study the biomechanical parameters of Bachuorounian manipulation in the treatment of humeral epicondylitis, and discuss the effects of individual characteristics on the biomechanical parameters were discussed.

From July 2019 to February 2020, 40 patients with external humeral epicondylitis were selected, including 18 males and 22 females, ranging in age from 20 to 50 years old, with an average of (34.37±8.41) years old;and the course of disease ranged from 1 to 11 months, with a mean of (6.05±2.71) months. The biomechanical parameters of the elbow joint of the affected side were measured by using the biomechanical sensor. At thesame time, the individual characteristic parameters of patients were collected to analyze the influence of different individual characteristics of patients on biomechanical parameters.

The results of mechanical analysis in each stage of the bachuorounian manipulation were as followsthe rolling back rotation force was (31.17±2.99) N;the buckling bending drawing fow tenderness and disease course are important factors affecting the bachuorounian manipulation.

The bachuorounian manipulation of humeral epicondylitis has a certain range of operating force. Manipulation of each stage has a correlation and systematic. The patient's weight, elbow tenderness and disease course are important factors affecting the bachuorounian manipulation.

To observe and compare the clinical outcomes between arthroscopic modified Mason-Allen repair and suture-bridge repair for medium-size rotator cuff tears.

From January 2017 to January 2018, 22 patients with medium-size rotator cuff tears underwent arthroscopic modified Mason-Allen repair. There were 9 males and 13 females with an average age of (57.14±10.26) years. From February 2018 to January 2019, 20 patients with medium-size rotator cuff tears underwent arthroscopic suture-bridge repair. There were 6 males and 14 females with an average age of (57.75±7.57) years. The preoperative and postoperative clinical function was assessed by American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES) and Constant score system. The healing status of repaired rotator cuff was assessed using MRI.

All patients were followed up, and the duration ranged from 24 to 33 months, with a mean of (26.38±2.29) months. In modified Mason-Allen group, AS###ES score and Constant score increased from (45.22±7.58) and (58.72±9.26) preoperatively to (96.
