tatuses of condyles.This study assesses the relationship between social capital and self-reported health (SRH) by comparing different genders and ages. It utilizes data from the 2016 China Family Panel Study data with a sample of 30,657 adult individuals from 25 provincial-level administrative regions in China. This was a cross-sectional study conducted with computer-assisted face-to-face interviews to assess social capital and self-rated health among Chinese adults. A multi-level Poisson regression model is employed to model social capital-related dependent variables using the independent variable of fair/poor health status. In terms of social relations, mobile phone use can improve men's health. However, this effect is insignificant for women. Moreover, gender and age interact with the relationship between social capital and individual health. The relationship between trust and self-rated health is not significantly different between men and women. The frequency of feeling lonely and the lack of feelings for the community in which they live have a negative impact on self-rated health, but there are no obvious differences in terms of gender. The number of meals per week with family members is negatively correlated with men's SRH, but there is no correlation with adult women 41 and above. Lack of help from neighbors is negatively correlated with men's health, but not with that of adult women 40 and below. Being a member of the Chinese Communist Party or a member of the Chinese Communist Youth League is positively correlated with SRH for women 60 and above.In the present study, a sensitive and fully validated bioanalytical high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method has been developed for the quantitative determination of three newly synthesized carbonic anhydrases inhibitors (CAIs) with potential antitumor activity in human plasma. The analytes and the internal standard (IS) were extracted using 1.5 mL acetonitrile from only 450 µL aliquots of human plasma to achieve the desired protein precipitation. Chromatographic separations were achieved on Phenomenex Kinetex® C18 column (100 × 4.6 mm, 2.6 µm) using a binary gradient elution mode with a run time of less than 6 min. The mobile phase consisted of solvent (A) 0.1% formic acid in 50% methanol and solvent B 0.1% formic acid in acetonitrile (3070, v/v), pumped at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. Detection was employed using triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer (API 3500) equipped with an electrospray ionization (ESI) source in the positive ion mode. Multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode was selected for quantitation through monitoring the precursor-to-parent ion transition at m/z 291.9 → 173.0, m/z 396.9 → 225.1, m/z 388.9 → 217.0, and m/z 146.9 → 91.0 for AW-9a, WES-1, WES-2, and Coumarin (IS), respectively. Linearity was computed using the weighted least-squares linear regression method (1/x2) over a concentration range of 1-1000, 2.5-800, and 5-500 ng/mL for AW-9a, WES-1, and WES-2; respectively. The bioanalytical LC-MS/MS method was fully validated as per U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines with all respect to linearity, accuracy, precision, carry-over, selectivity, dilution integrity, and stability. The proposed LC-MS/MS method was applied successfully for the determination of all investigated drugs in spiked human plasma with no significant matrix effect, which is a crucial cornerstone in further therapeutic drug monitoring of newly developed therapeutic agents.The purpose of this study is to provide a systematic review of the definition, ideal surgical method, complications, and prognosis of trans-olecranon fracture dislocations. An electronic search was performed in the PubMed, EMBASE, Scopus, and MEDLINE databases. The eligibility criteria included retrospective clinical study and review article in subjects older than 18 years with trans-olecranon fracture dislocations. Trans-olecranon fracture dislocations are defined as fractures in which the stability of the ulnohumeral joint is lost due to the intra-articular fracture of the olecranon without disruption of the proximal radioulnar joint. The seven papers were included that met the eligibility criteria for the quantitative synthesis. Findings indicate that a pre-contoured plate was used in 88.3% of cases (68 of 77 reports), with no reports of complications, suggesting that the pre-contoured 3.5 mm plate is the first choice of treatment. Postoperative mean elbow range of motion for the flexion-extension arc was 121.1° and 146.5° for the pronation-supination arc. Methods for postoperative clinical scores included the Broberg/Morrey rating with a result of excellent or good in 82.9% of cases, the ASES score with a mean of 88.7, and the DASH score with a mean of 11.75. Complications included heterotopic ossification in 21.9% (23/105) of cases, arthrosis in 25.7% (27/105) of cases, nerve damage in 18.1% (19/105) of cases, and osteoarthritis in 14.3% (15/105).
