Our purpose is to explore the optimal operating time of the fresh air system and the main factors that affect the fresh air purification system to improve indoor air quality. From December 9, 2019 to December 10, 2019, two classrooms of the same area on the third floor of a primary school building in Jinan City, Shandong Province were selected as monitoring points. During the operation of the fresh air purification system, the PM2.5 concentration in the classroom is reduced by an average of 48.1%-61.5% compared to the outdoor PM2.5 concentration. After running for about 2 hours, the indoor PM2.5 concentration decreased to a relatively stable concentration level. The operating time of the fresh air purification system, student activities between classes, indoor temperature, indoor relative humidity, and outdoor PM2.5 concentration are important factors that affect the indoor particulate removal rate. A total of 172 EGC patients, with a median age of 62(52, 68) years, who underwent gastric cancer resection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected. Clinical data of the patients were collected through the case system. Logistic regression analysis was used to determine the variables significantly related to lymph node metastasis. ROC curve and calibration curve were used to evaluate the risk model. The results showed that the lymph node metastasis rate of 172 EGC patients was 19.19% (33/172). Methods Dengue virus IgM/IgG and NS1 antigen were tested by colloidal gold method. E gene was amplified by PCR. MegaX was used for sequences alignment to construct evolutionary distance trees. Results After clinical and laboratory confirmation, there were 81 cases of dengue fever, 17 of which were imported case who were local farmers and worked in Combadia and Thailand, and 64 of which were indigenous cases. The E gene alignment results showed that the pathogen of this epidemic was Vietnamese 1 and highly homologous with the Vietnamese strain. After the local outbreak, dengue virus E gene developed a nucleotide site mutation which can be steadily transmission. Conclusion The dengue fever outbreak in Puyang was a local outbreak caused by dengue virus type 1, which was associated with imported cases. Methods From April 2008 to April 2020, a total of 16 848 healthy population were recruited from Lixia District of Jinan City, Gaomi City of Weifang City, Jiaxiang County of Jining City, Wendeng District of Weihai City, Tancheng County of Linyi City and Linyi County of Dezhou City for the investigation.Throat swab samples were collected, Nm was isolated, cultured and identified, and Nm carrying characteristics of healthy population with different characteristics were analyzed. Results Among the 16 848 healthy population, male accounted for 51.86% (8 737). A total of 136 Nm strains were isolated, and the carriage rate was 0.81%. Among the 136 Nm strains, serogroup B (60.29%) and ungroupable strains (23.53%) were dominant. Analysis of the Nm carriage rate, that were higher in the healthy population of Linyi (1.39%) and Jinan (1.14%), higher in 13-16 years old (1.60%) and 17-19 years old (1.10%) healthy population, and higher in male (1.02%). Conclusion The Nm carriage rate of healthy population is relatively low in Shandong Province, and the proportion of serogroup B and ungroupable Nm is relatively high.Objective To explore the effect of different calcium intakes on metabolism in healthy adults with traditional Chinese dietary pattern. Methods A total of 64 college students (32 males and 32 females) were recruited from the School of Public Health, Harbin Medical University from September to October 2015. A prospective, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial design (RCT trial) was used to strictly control the diet of the volunteers through meal preparation, so that the background of the experimental and the control group was exactly the same. In our study, 64 healthy adults were randomly divided into two groups (calcium supplementation and control). The two groups were given the same diet every day. One group was given 400 mg/d of calcium supplementation, which was close to the recommended intake in China (800 mg/d); the other group was given pacebo, the average calcium intake was close to the average intake of Chinese (400 mg/d), calcium intervention lasted for 35 days. Serum and urine samples frd with calcium deficiency was observed in healthy adults in the short term at current calcium intake level (300-400 mg/d).Objective To examine the trend of stroke disease burden and its main risk-attributable factors in China and regions with different Socio-Demographic Index (SDI) from 1990 to 2017. Methods With 2017 Global Burden of Disease (GBD) data, years lived with disability (YLDs), years of life lost (YLLs) and disability-adjusted of life years (DALYs) were applied to describe the disease burden and major risk factors of stroke in China and different SDI regions from 1990 to 2017, and to analyze the changing trend of the disease burden and major risk factors of stroke. Results From 1990 to 2017, the YLD crude rate, YLL crude rate and DALY crude rate for stroke in China showed an increasing trend and the rate of change was 126.5%, 14.6%, and 24.4%, respectively. In 2017, the YLD crude rate, YLL crude rate and DALY crude rate for stroke in China were 502.6 per 100 000, 2 633.1 per 100 000 and 3 135.7 per 100 000, respectively. Methods The study recruited 23 044 ischemic stroke cases from 2013-2015 screening period of China National Stroke Screening Survey. Standardized questionnaires were used to obtain information on demographic data, stroke history, the presence of influence factors, as well as the type of stroke, diagnosis date, frequency, chronic diseases history and hypoglycemic therapy. We used logistics model to investigate the possible risk factors of ischemic stroke combined with diabetes, and calculated the population attributable risk proportion (PARP). We also investigate the adherence to hypoglycemic agents. Results The mean age of 23 044 ischemic stroke patients was (64.99±9.42) years old, 50.91% were males (11 731). In ischemic stroke patients, 21.52% had diabetes. According to the results of logistics model, ischemic stroke patients with hypertension, dyslipidemia, atrial fibrillation or family history of stroke had higher risk to combine with diabetes, their Odds Ratios (OR) were 2.
