To investigate the efficacy of Huangqin Qingre Chubi Capsules(HQC) in patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS) and its effect on oxidative stress, and to explore its possible mechanism. Fifty-eight cases of AS patients were randomly divided into HQC group and salazosulfapyridine(SASP) group. Another 30 healthy people were employed as a control group. Superoxide dismutase(SOD), total antioxidant capacity(TAOC), malondialdehyde(MDA), lipid peroxidatio(LPO), interleukin-1β(IL-1β), IL-10, IL-4, and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were detected by ELISA. The mRNA expression levels of AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK-α), forkhead box O3a(FOXO3a), manganese superoxide dismutase(MnSOD), and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma(PPARγ) were detected by Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR). The protein expression levels of AMPK-α, FOXO3a, p-FOXO3a, MnSOD, and PPARγ were detected by Western blot. A questionnaire was used to evaluate the disease activity score and observe the clinical efficacy of HQC in AS patients. The levels of MDA, LPO, TNF-α, and IL-1β were significantly increased in the peripheral blood of AS patients, and SOD, TAOC, IL-4, IL-10 levels were significantly decreased. After HQC treatment, scores of disease active indexes were all decreased, and its clinical efficacy was significantly higher than that in SASP group. After HQC treatment, TAOC, SOD, IL-4, IL-10 were increased and MDA, LPO, TNF-α, IL-1β were decreased; mRNA levels of AMPK-α, FOXO3a, MnSOD, PPARγ and protein levels of AMPK-α, FOXO3a, p-FOXO3a, MnSOD, PPARγ were increased(P less then 0.01 or P less then 0.05). HQC can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and oxidative stress of AS patients, and its mechanism may be related to activating PPARγ and up-regulating AMPK/FOXO3a signal pathway.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) decoction pieces for treating tumors in China-Japan Friendship Hospital in both outpatient and inpatient departments from January 1 to December 31, 2018 were analyzed in this paper, and the statistical analysis on the frequency and proportion of TCM decoction pieces, as well as the average dosage and dosage range were conducted. Such data were then compared with Chinese Pharmacopoeia. At the same time, data mining association rules were used to study the compatibility of TCM in oncology, and finally, the drug use in TCM was discussed. The top 20(use frequency) TCM decoction pieces for tumors were mainly based on tonic medicines; the use frequency of toxic TCM decoction pieces was low, mainly of small poisonous pieces, with dosage exceeding pharmacopoeia. The drug combinations with higher frequency included Fried Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Poria Cocos(16.11%), and Astragali Radix-Poria Cocos(15.10%). Drug pairs with strong associations included Achyranthes Bidentata→Parasitic Loranthus, Coix Seed→Achyranthes Bidentata, Achyranthes Bidentata→Hairyvein Agrimony, Cuscutae Semen→Achyranthes Bidentata and so on. 5-Fluorouracil in vivo According to the use of drugs, the drug monitoring can be emphasized from the aspects of usage and dosage, selection of processed TCM, compatibility, decoction methods, and patient education. Pharmacists can analyze the characteristics and regularity of the use of TCM for tumors through data mining methods, and this can be a cutting point for drug monitoring.To analyze the efficacy and safety of Shensong Yangxin Capsules in treatment of bradycardia combined with premature beat. Databases, such as CNKI, VIP, WanFang, SinoMed, PubMed, Cochrane Library, ClinicalTrials were retrieved by computers for relevant randomized controlled trials of Shensong Yangxin Capsules in treatment of bradycardia combined with premature beat. Two researchers independently screened out the literatures, extracted data according to the inclusion criteria, and applied the Risk of Bias assessment tool in assessing the methodological quality. The Cochrane systematic evaluation software RevMan 5.3 was used for data analysis. Totally 9 randomized controlled trials including 706 subjects were included. The intervention measure was the single administration with Shensong Yangxin Capsules, and the control measure was the blank control. The results showed that Shensong Yangxin Capsules had an obvious effect on average heart rate(MD=6.59, 95%CI[3.87, 9.31], I~2=90%), premature beat efficacy(RR=1.72, 95%CI[1.53, 1.93], I~2=0%), heart rate efficacy(RR=1.74, 95%CI[1.40, 2.17], I~2=47%), and objective efficacy(RR=1.50, 95%CI[1.31, 1.70], I~2=31%). Eight studies reported safety events, with no significant adverse reaction. In conclusion, the single administration with Shensong Yangxin Capsules may have a certain effect in improving heart rate, controlling premature beats and alleviating clinical symptoms in patients with bradycardia combined with premature beat, with no obvious adverse reaction. Shensong Yangxin Capsules can be used in clinic. This potential conclusion needs to be confirmed in future trials using rigorous methodology.To assess the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine injection for adjuvant treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children by network Meta-analysis method. We retrieved CNKI, WanFang, CBM, Cochrane Library, PubMed from the establishment to September 2018. Two reviewers independently screened out literatures, extracted data and assessed the methodological quality of included studies. The data were analyzed by Stata 13.0 software. Totally 89 RCTs were included, involving 8 kinds of traditional Chinese medical injections and 8 936 patients. According to the results of network Meta-analysis, the order by the total effective rate from high to low was Huangqi Injection>Xiyanping Injection>Tanreqing Injection>Compound Danshen Injection>Reduning Injection>Yanhuning Injection>Qingkailing Injection>Xixinnao Injection; the order by cooling time from high to low was Reduning Injection> Yanhuning Injection>Qingkailing Injection>Tanreqing Injection>Huangqi Injection>Xiyanping Injection>Xiexinnao Injection>Compound Danshen Injection; the order by the cough disappeared time from high to low was Compound Danshen Injection>Qingkailing Injection>Xiyanping Injection>Huangqi Injection>Yanhuning Injection>Reduning Injection>Tanreqing Injection>Xixinnao Injection; the order by the rales disappearing time from high to low was Qingkailing Injection>Yanhuning Injection>Reduning Injection>Huangqi Injection>Tanreqing Injection>Xiyanping Injection>Xixinnao Injection. The results show that traditional Chinese medicine injection has a significant clinical efficacy in the adjuvant treatment of various symptoms of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children. Due to the small sample size, more studies are required to verify the strength of evidence.
