Τo validate the Greek version of the Dementia Knowledge Assessment Tool 2, the Dementia Attitudes Scale and Confidence in Dementia Scale.

A quantitative cross-sectional design was applied for translation and validation. The STROBE checklist for observational research has been followed to this survey.

Two hundred and twelve students from the School of Psychology (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki). Psychometric properties were assessed through construct validity (principal component analysis), internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha) and convergent validity.

High internal reliability was found for Confidence in Dementia Scale (α=0.85), adequate reliability for Dementia Attitudes Scale (α=0.74) and acceptable reliability for Dementia Knowledge Assessment Tool 2 (α=0.68). IWP-4 cell line Construct validity was satisfactory for Dementia Attitudes Scale (two factors social comfort and knowledge). The convergent validity was supported to this survey. All three tools are reliable and valid to measure knowledge, confidence and attitudes towards dementia in Greek research context.

To deepen our research on how to develop a more positive life purpose, this study investigates the role of protégés' self-concordance and mentor feedback environment in shaping protégés' life purpose.

This study was a cross-sectional study using a sample of nurses. 700 valid questionnaires were collected. Jamovi and Process Macro were used for analysis.

The positive association between self-concordance and protégés' life purpose is stronger when mentor feedback environment is high than when mentor feedback environment is low.

Protégés' life purpose can be enhanced by self-concordance, especially for protégés who work in supportive mentor feedback environment.

It is important to build a supportive mentor feedback environment. Further, protégés should promote the transformation of extrinsic motivation to intrinsic motivation.

To explore nurses' perceptions of patient participation in different phases of the myocardial infarction pathway.

Qualitative design with a hermeneutical approach.

Five focus groups were conducted at two hospitals, one with and one without percutaneous coronary intervention facilities, between February-November 2018. Participants were recruited through purposive sampling. Twenty-two nurses experienced in cardiac care participated. The analysis had a hermeneutical approach.

The findings revealed nurses' perceptions of patient participation in different phases of the myocardial infarction pathway. Four themes were identified (a) variation between paternalism and autonomy in the acute phase; (b) individualization of dialogue and patient participation during treatment; (c) lack of coherence in the pathway hinders patient participation at discharge; and (d) cardiac rehabilitation promotes patients' autonomous decisions in lifestyle changes.

This study attempts to determine the factors affecting problem behaviour and academic performance of children with asthma.

This is a cross-sectional study used actor and partner interdependence model.

Data of 236 children and their parents from the 10th Panel Study on Korean Children were used, and analysis was performed using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0. We have received panel data from the Korea Institute of Child Care and Education on April 10th, 2019.

Parental depression had actor and partner effects on marital conflict, and marital conflict perceived by the father had actor and partner effects on parent-child interactions, while marital conflict perceived by the mother had only actor effect on parent-child interactions. Parent-child interaction perceived by both fathers and mothers was found to affect the problem behaviour of children. The problem behaviour of children affects academic performance.

The aim of this paper was to modify Factors Influencing Teaching Choice scale (FIT-Choice scale) to be appropriate for healthcare professionals and to assess thepsychometric propertiesof the modified scale.

A cross-sectional study was used.

A convenience sample of 395 students at the preparatory stage of their health path participated in study to evaluate the psychometric properties of "Healthcare Career Choice Scale" (HCC Scale). The study involves two phases instrument modification and psychometric evaluation.

The content validity index was 0.88. Using factor analysis, 12 factors were extracted and explained 71.8% of the total variance. The internal consistency was demonstrated with Cronbach's α=.91.
