Slot missions can be a great method to get gear, weapons, and more. They're hard to complete.

Concealed Weapon Slot

The concealed weapon slot allows you to bring pistols into the course of. Some players use this to aid in achieving certain goals particularly those who are going for Suit Only. Others simply prefer to have the additional pistol to make an additional gap. It is important to remember that to select the pistols in this slot you must click on the button for the appropriate category, for example, machine guns in the alternate slot. Major Expedition and Adept Rider are both active, making it easier to use. This combo adds a damage tick every 10 seconds from the concealed Weapon as long as it is in the slot.

Slot for items being smuggled





The smuggled item slot is a good feature for allowing players to bring tools and weapons, however it could use a better option. It's currently shaped like an a gun, which makes it difficult to distinguish the smuggled weapon slot from other slots for gear.

The smuggle slot can house a large variety of objects, ranging from simple concussion devices, to weapons-grade explosives. These items can be found in a variety of hidden locations around the map. They can also be found any time. The items that are smuggled are different from Agency Pickups and Hidden Stashes that conceal small objects in the scenery, and objects directly.

Mission planning is an option in missions that are episodic. It lets players discover different starting points as well as smuggled items and gear slots prior to entering the map. As players progress through challenges and unlock new Mission Mastery levels, these planning options increase. This allows players to design the perfect mission for each challenge.

Gear Slot

The slots for gear will quickly fill up in the early stages of the game, leading to the dreaded message "Your Gear Slots are Full". This message stops Max from acquiring new equipment until the previous items are removed or a larger space is obtained. Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials are the solution to this issue. They give players more inventory space to complete challenges. However, because the majority of these challenges are scattered around the world and could be missed it could take a long time to acquire the most inventory slots that are available in the game.

Each player can have up to five different kinds of gear in their five Gear Slots. They must be selected from the Gear Selection menu prior to the break-in. Each individual gear item (except the Pistol) takes up one Gear Slot while a set of similar items (like a group of Grenades of the same type) only takes up one Gear Slot.

As you progress through the Mission Mastery levels you unlock various agency pickups that are on the map. These locations let you store an item that does not fit into your concealed weapon or gear slots and then retrieve it later.

These pick-ups can be useful if your mission requires you to go through a frisk, or if you carry a weapon with you that might otherwise raise suspicion. You can only hide one item at a pickup location.

This DLC includes new contracts for asset protection and security to the agency. Contact the receptionist at the agency and purchase snacks and other items. Then, head to the mission marker and locate a mob when you arrive.
