The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa offers citrus hints to add balance. The result is a cup that is delicious on its own or paired with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges very well.

When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready to brew. Once brewed leave to steep for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Do not stir or stir your coffee, as this could cause unpleasant elements to appear in your cup.
