To evaluate the attitudes of the parties involved in the system toward the new features and measure the potential benefits of introducing the use of blockchain and machine learning (ML) to strengthen the in-place methods for safely prescribing medication. The proposed blockchain will strengthen the security and privacy of the patient's prescription information shared in the network. Once the ePrescription is submitted, it is only available in read-only mode. This will ensure there is no alteration to the ePrescription information after submission. In addition, the blockchain will provide an improved tracking mechanism to ensure the originality of the ePrescription and that a prescriber can only submit an ePrescription with the patient's authorization. Exercise confers cardioprotection by improving vascular health. Yet, whether OSA severity affects the vascular improvements conferred with exercise training is not known. Overweight (body mass index (BMI) >27 kg/m2) adults were evaluated for OSA and enrolled in a six-week exercise intervention. Baseline assessments of brachial artery flow-mediated dilation (BAFMD), central augmentation index (AIx) and pulse wave velocity (PWV) were repeated post training. Catatonia is a complex syndrome characterised by important psychomotor disturbances. Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE) are frequent side effects of prolonged immobility in catatonic patients. Therefore, it is important to resolve the catatonia as soon as possible. ECT is the most effective therapy available and is generally considered a safe procedure. Nevertheless, its use in patients with DVT or PE and anticoagulant treatment remains controversial. We describe a case of a woman in her 40s with a previous diagnosis of bipolar disorder and dysfunctional personality traits. She was hospitalised with persecutory and reference delusions, high emotional lability, anxiety, somatisation and regressive conduct. She later developed catatonic symptoms. No progress was achieved after a month of hospitalisation, despite several pharmacological treatments. She suffered multiple complications of prolonged bedding, such as an extensive DVT of the left common femoral, the external iliac and the common iliac veins. ECT was conducted under treatment with bemiparin. After the third administration, she showed improvement. No major bleeding or PE was developed. The safety of ECT while receiving anticoagulant therapy has been documented, though dosage and type of anticoagulant must be considered. Location of DVT (proximal or distal) may be an important topic to take into account. However, mania as a presentation is relatively rare. Pregnancy and the postpartum period are relatively vulnerable times and they can lead to reactivation of existing neurocysterci lesions. We are discussing the case of a 23-year-old female patient with neurocysticercosis leading to the reactivation of lesions in the peripartum and postpartum period leading to bipolar affective disorder. Improvement in the patient was seen with a combination of antipsychotics, antihelmintics, antiepileptics and steroids, along with improved radiological signs of neurocysterci lesions. Although neurocysticercosis is a common illness, its prevalence presenting as a manic episode is merely 2.6% and, hence, missed easily. Therefore, it is important to rule out organic aetiology in patients even with a classic presentation of bipolar affective disorder and those having any other neurological symptoms and signs.

Neuroimaging techniques provide rich and accurate measures of brain structure and function, and have become one of the most popular methods in mental health and neuroscience research. Rapidly growing neuroimaging research generates massive amounts of data, bringing new challenges in data collection, large-scale data management, efficient computing requirements and data mining and analyses.

To tackle the challenges and promote the application of neuroimaging technology in clinical practice, we developed an integrated neuroimaging cloud (INCloud). INCloud provides a full-stack solution for the entire process of large-scale neuroimaging data collection, management, analysis and clinical applications.

INCloud consists of data acquisition systems, a data warehouse, automatic multimodal image quality check and processing systems, a brain feature library, a high-performance computing cluster and computer-aided diagnosis systems (CADS) for mental disorders. A unique design of INCloud is the brain feature librarand analysis workflow, INCloud features safe and convenient data management and sharing, reduced technical requirements for researchers, high-efficiency computing and data mining, and straightforward translations to clinical service. The design and implementation of the system are also applicable to imaging research platforms in other fields.

The association between intake of fruit and vegetables and their subtypes, and the risk of type 2 diabetes has been investigated in several studies, but the results have been inconsistent.

We conducted an updated systematic review and dose-response meta-analysis of prospective studies on intakes of fruit and vegetables and fruit and vegetable subtypes and the risk of type 2 diabetes.

PubMed and Embase databases were searched up to 20 October 2020. Prospective cohort studies of fruit and vegetable consumption and type 2 diabetes mellitus were included. Summary relative risks (RRs) and 95% CIs were estimated using a random effects model.

We included 23 cohort studies. The summary RR for high versus low intake and per 200 g/day were 0.93 (95% CI 0.89 to 0.98, I

=0%, n=10 studies) and 0.98 (95% CI 0.95 to 1.01, I

=37.8%, n=7) for fruit and vegetables combined, 0.93 (95% CI 0.90 to 0.97, I

=9.3%, n=20) and 0.96 (95% CI 0.92 to 1.00, I

=60.4%, n2 diabetes risk, however, further studies are needed before firm conclusions can be made.

Social media advertising by fast food companies continues to increase globally, and exposure to food advertising contributes to poor diet and negative health outcomes (eg, cardiovascular disease). McDonald's-the largest fast food company in the world-operates in 101 countries, but little is known about their marketing techniques in various regions. The objective of this study was to compare the social media advertising practices of McDonald's-the largest fast food company in the world-in 15 high-income, upper-middle-income and lower-middle-income countries.

We randomly selected official McDonald's Instagram accounts for 15 high-income, upper-middle-income and lower-middle-income countries. We captured all the screenshots that McDonald's posted on those Instagram accounts from September to December 2019. We quantified the number of followers, 'likes', 'comments' and video views associated with each account in April 2020. We used content analysis to examine differences in the marketing techniques.

The observational study enrolled mother and child dyads presenting to an outpatient facility in Mogadishu, Somalia, between November 2019 and March 2020. Trained nurses recorded lower extremity oedema for children aged 6-59 months, parity and gestational status for women aged 19-50 years and age, access to care, height/length, mid-upper arm circumference (MUAC) and weight for both. Weight-for-height z-score (WHZ) for children and body mass index (BMI) for mothers were calculated using standard procedures.
