Bonvital® at the proposed conditions of use is safe for consumers of products derived from animals fed the additive and for the environment. Bonvital® is not a dermal or ocular irritant but a potential dermal and respiratory sensitiser. Bonvital® has the potential to be efficacious in improving the hen's performance when supplemented at 1.0 × 109 CFU/kg feed or 5.0 × 108 CFU/L water for drinking.Lecithins (E 322) were re-evaluated in 2017 by the former EFSA Panel on Food Additives and Nutrient sources added to Food (ANS). As follow-up to that assessment, the Panel on Food Additives and Flavourings (FAF) was requested to assess the safety of lecithins (E 322) for uses as food additive in food for infants below 16 weeks of age belonging to food categories 13.1.1 and 13.1.5.1 and as carry over in line with Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008. In addition, the FAF Panel was requested to address the issues identified during the re-evaluation of the food additive (E 322). The process involved the publication of a call for data to allow the interested business operators to provide the requested information to complete the risk assessment. Based on the information submitted in response to the call for data, the FAF Panel considered it feasible to amend the EU specifications, in particular for the toxic elements arsenic, lead, mercury and introduce new specifications for cadmium and microbiological criteria. The safety issue identified by the ANS Panel in 2017 concerned potential neurodevelopmental effects. For the reason that choline is a precursor of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, the Panel considered it appropriate to address the safety of lecithins (E 322) as food additive in infant formula used in infants below the age of 16 weeks by comparing the concentration of choline in human milk with that in the formula. The Panel concluded that the intake of lecithins (E 322) as a food additive in infant formula belonging to FC 13.1.1 or in food for special medical purposes belonging to FC 13.1.5.1 does not raise safety concerns up to the maximum permitted level (MPL) of lecithins (E 322).Odor pollution did not only disturb the human normal life but also aroused the attention of environmental researchers and environmental protection departments. Therefore, the research on odor detecting method and instrument is important to theory and application. On this basis, the self-developed microfluidic chip capillary column is used in our odor detecting system. In this paper, lead the chip column into the chromatography separation system, with its small size, high efficiency, easy integration, and other characteristics to replace the original traditional column. The chip column was used in many gas experiments for several typical VOCs. At different carrier gas flow rates, the baseline value, toluene response, and toluene and methyl sulfide mixed gas separation were compared to verify the experiment to determine the optimal carrier gas flow rate in accordance with its response and separation degree. Under the premise of ensuring column efficiency as high as possible, it is determined that the optimal carrier gas flow rate is 6 ml/min. This paper shows the most proper carrier gas flow rate of our odor detecting system with the self-developed microfluidic chip capillary column.Researches on the principle of human red blood cell's (RBC) injuring and judgment basis play an important role in decreasing the hemolysis in a blood pump. In the current study, the judgment of hemolysis in a blood pump study was through some experiment data and empirical formula. The paper forms a criterion of RBC's mechanical injury in the aspect of RBC's free energy. First, PDE inhibitor introduces the nonlinear spring network model of RBC in the frame of immersed boundary-lattice Boltzmann method (IB-LBM). Then, the shape, free energy, and time needed for erythrocyte to be shorn in different shear flow and impacted in different impact flow are simulated. Combining existing research on RBC's threshold limit for hemolysis in shear and impact flow with this paper's, the RBC's free energy of the threshold limit for hemolysis is found to be 3.46 × 10-15 J. The threshold impact velocity of RBC for hemolysis is 8.68 m/s. The threshold value of RBC can be used for judgment of RBC's damage when the RBC is having a complicated flow of blood pumps such as coupling effect of shear and impact flow. According to the change law of RBC's free energy in the process of being shorn and impacted, this paper proposed a judging criterion for hemolysis when the RBC is under the coupling effect of shear and impact based on the increased free energy of RBC.Imbalanced class distribution in the medical dataset is a challenging task that hinders classifying disease correctly. It emerges when the number of healthy class instances being much larger than the disease class instances. To solve this problem, we proposed undersampling the healthy class instances to improve disease class classification. This model is named Hellinger Distance Undersampling (HDUS). It employs the Hellinger Distance to measure the resemblance between majority class instance and its neighbouring minority class instances to separate classes effectively and boost the discrimination power for each class. An extensive experiment has been conducted on four imbalanced medical datasets using three classifiers to compare HDUS with a baseline model and three state-of-the-art undersampling models. The outcomes display that HDUS can perform better than other models in terms of sensitivity, F1 measure, and balanced accuracy.Growing evidence suggests that the superiority of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) and messenger RNAs (mRNAs) could act as biomarkers for cancer prognosis. However, the prognostic marker for hepatocellular carcinoma with high accuracy and sensitivity is still lacking. #link# In this research, a retrospective, cohort-based study of genome-wide RNA-seq data of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma was carried out, and two protein-coding genes (GTPBP4, TREM-1) and one lncRNA (LINC00426) were sorted out to construct an integrative signature to predict the prognosis of patients. The results show that both the AUC and the C-index of this model perform well in TCGA validation dataset, cross-platform GEO validation dataset, and different subsets divided by gender, stage, and grade. The expression pattern and functional analysis show that all three genes contained in the model are associated with immune infiltration, cell proliferation, invasion, and metastasis, providing further confirmation of this model. In summary, the proposed model can effectively distinguish the high- and low-risk groups of hepatocellular carcinoma patients and is expected to shed light on the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma and greatly improve the patients' prognosis. In order to improve the resolution of magnetic resonance (MR) image and reduce the interference of noise, a multifeature extraction denoising algorithm based on a deep residual network is proposed. First, the feature extraction layer is constructed by combining three different sizes of convolution kernels, which are used to obtain multiple shallow features for fusion and increase the network's multiscale perception ability. Then, it combines batch normalization and residual learning technology to accelerate and optimize the deep network, while solving the problem of internal covariate transfer in deep learning. Finally, the joint loss function is defined by combining the perceptual loss and the traditional mean square error loss. When the network is trained, it can not only be compared at the pixel level but also be learned at a higher level of semantic features to generate a clearer target image. Based on the MATLAB simulation platform, the TCGA-GBM and CH-GBM datasets are used to experimentally demonstrate the proposed algorithm. The results show that when the image size is set to 190 × 215 and the optimization algorithm is Adam, the performance of the proposed algorithm is the best, and its denoising effect is significantly better than other comparison algorithms. Especially under high-intensity noise levels, the denoising advantage is more prominent.Segmentation accuracy is an important criterion for evaluating the performance of segmentation techniques used to extract objects of interest from images, such as the active contour model. However, segmentation accuracy can be affected by image artifacts such as intensity inhomogeneity, which makes it difficult to extract objects with inhomogeneous intensities. To address this issue, this paper proposes a hybrid region-based active contour model for the segmentation of inhomogeneous images. The proposed hybrid energy functional combines local and global intensity functions; an incorporated weight function is parameterized based on local image contrast. The inclusion of this weight function smoothens the contours at different intensity level boundaries, thereby yielding improved segmentation. The weight function suppresses false contour evolution and also regularizes object boundaries. Compared with other state-of-the-art methods, the proposed approach achieves superior results over synthetic and real images. Based on a quantitative analysis over the mini-MIAS and PH2 databases, the superiority of the proposed model in terms of segmentation accuracy, as compared with the ground truths, was confirmed. link2 Furthermore, when using the proposed model, the processing time for image segmentation is lower than those when using other methods. In the context of the new round of medical and health reform, in order to alleviate the problem of "difficult to see a doctor and expensive to see a doctor," the state focuses on reducing the cost of medical services, so it puts forward the calculation and method research of medical costs. The purpose of this study is to calculate and predict the cost of medical services in a DRG-oriented integrated environment. In this study, activity-based costing and weighted moving average methods are used. First, basic data of medical services are collected, then all medical activities are confirmed and all service costs are collected, then a cost database is established, and a calculation model of medical costs is designed. Finally, calculation suggestions and optimization methods are put forward by analyzing the calculated data. The experimental results show that the actual demand of drugs predicted by the general moving average method is relatively insufficient, with the maximum error of 41%, the minimum of 5%, and the average error of 19.8%; the maximum error of drug demand predicted by the weighted moving average method is 24%, the minimum is 2%, and the average is 15.4%. It can be concluded that the prediction effect of the weighted moving average method is better than that of the ordinary moving average method, which plays a good and effective role in the prediction of medical cost. The activity-based costing method is more detailed and organized for the cost calculation and classification of medical services. link3 It provides a certain value for the effective management and control of medical service cost.

miR-139-5p is lowly expressed in various human cancers and exerts its antitumor effect through different molecular mechanisms, yet the molecular mechanism of miR-139-5p in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) remains to be further elucidated. The study is aimed at investigating the role and the regulatory mechanism of miR-139-5p in LUAD progression.

Differential analysis was performed on miRNA expression data in the TCGA-LUAD dataset. qRT-PCR was employed to detect the transcription levels of miR-139-5p and MAD2L1 in LUAD cells, while western blot was carried out for the detection of MAD2L1 protein expression. CCK-8 and Transwell assays were implemented to assess LUAD cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. A dual-luciferase reporter gene assay was conducted to verify the direct targeting relationship between miR-139-5p and MAD2L1.

miR-139-5p was significantly downregulated in LUAD cells in comparison with that in human normal bronchial epithelial cells. Overexpressing miR-139-5p inhibited LUAD cell proliferation, migration, and invasion, while opposite results could be observed when miR-139-5p was inhibited.
