To face this problem, the design of a lymphatic vessel has been proposed to assist the mechanical failure of the damaged lymphatic system. The literature search yielded a total of 431 articles retrieved from the core dataset of Web of Science using the keywords "ehealth literacy", "E-health literacy" and "electronic health literacy". A bibliometric analysis was performed by using CiteSpace to explore the development history, hot themes, and trends of future research in the field of e-health literacy.

The thematic evolution path in e-health literacy was divided into three stages. The research focuses were inspected from four aspects evaluation, correlation with health-promotion behaviors, influencing factors, and intervention measures for improvement.

To evaluate the adequacy of this nutrition, we have relied on historical dietary surveys and on personal French studies (4 studies from 1997 to 2014) involving dietary surveys over 3 days (3D-Diet). Furthermore, our team specialized in lipids has measured the fatty acids of breast milk, which reflect the dietary intake of lipids, from breast milk (1997-2014) and from the lipids of cord blood and maternal fat tissue, in 1997. According to our results, pregnancy needs require an additional 300 Kcal, but surveys show a bad equilibrium of macronutrients an excess of proteins of fetus [17% of total energy intake (TEI) vs. 15%], excess of fats (45% vs. 35%), excess of saturated fatty acids (SFA), not enough polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), particularly omega 3, and a deficit in carbohydrates (45% vs. 55%). There is also a deficiency in calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, and vitamins D, B6, B5, and folates. Breast milk adequately provides all the macronutrients necessary for the growth of the child. Proteins and carbohydrates vary little according to the mother's diet; on the other hand, its composition in lipids, trace elements, and vitamins is highly variable with the mother's diet of breast milk. In our study in 2014, in 80 participants, the diet was low in calories (1996 Kcal vs. 2200 Kcal RDA), normoprotidic, normolipidic, but low in carbohydrate, especially polysaccharides. We note a very insufficient intake of fish and dairy products, and therefore calcium, but also magnesium, zinc, iron, and vitamins D, E, B6, and folate. Consequently, if the mother does not achieve a diet adequate to her needs during pregnancy and breastfeeding, it will be necessary to resort to medicinal supplements in minerals, trace elements, vitamins, and omega 3.

The proportion of full mental health inpatient admissions was significantly higher in those who lost their employment (40.7% vs. 18.1%;

= 0.01), in those who were not receiving psychotherapy interventions (33.9% vs. 16.6%;

= 0.006), and in those who were not receiving occupational therapy (25.7% vs. 13.6%

= 0.013). Significant associations were detected between urgent mental health consultations, the number of COVID-19 symptoms (B = 0.274;

The newly developed inventory was used to assess advance care planning implementation for persons with dementia, and the Quality of Dying in Long-term Care Scale was used to evaluate quality of dying. The valid response rate was 28.5% (n = 569). The factor structure of the newly developed Advance Care Planning Practice Inventory and the association between its implementation and quality of dying were verified using factor analysis and internal consistency, and logistic regression, respectively. The composite score and the factor score of the newly developed inventory were significantly associated with quality of dying (p less then 0.05). The rapid growth of the elderly population poses a huge challenge for people to access medical services. The key to get rid of the dilemma is for patients to go firstly to primary medical institutions. Existing studies have identified numerous factors that can affect patients' health institution choice. However, we currently know little about the role of Internet use in the patients' medical decisions. The objective of this study is to explore health-seeking behavior and institution choice under the background of the Internet era from the perspective of older adults, and to analyze whether the Internet could guide patients to the appropriate medical institution so as to accomplish hierarchical treatment.

The dataset comprises 9416 people aged 45 or above from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Survey (CHARLS), which, through multistage cluster sampling, was conducted in 2011, 2013, and 2015. Logistic regression, PSM, and FE model are used to estimate the influence of Internet use on the health ction impact of self-treatment for hospital care. However, Internet use may aggravate older adults' perception of the risk of disease, which exacerbates the tendency of going to higher-level medical institutions for medical treatment. The finding of the study is useful for further rational planning and utilization of the Internet in order to guide patients to appropriate medical institution, which helps to improve the efficiency of the overall medical and health services.
