An enhanced abdominal CT scan revealed a huge urinoma in the right perirenal space with hydronephrosis of the right kidney. Retrograde and antegrade pyelography were performed. Extravasation and discontinuity of the ureter were found. A rupture of the ureteropelvic junction was diagnosed and reconstructive surgery was performed. After 3 mo, the patient did not complain of any symptoms without any abnormal radiologic findings.
This case report discusses the safety and effectiveness of this minimal invasive procedure as an alternative to conventional open or laparoscopic surgery.

Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome is caused by hantaviruses presenting with high fever, hemorrhage, and acute kidney injury. Microvascular injury and hemorrhage in mucus were often observed in patients with hantavirus infection. Infection with bacterial and virus related aortic aneurysm or dissection occurs sporadically. Here, we report a previously unreported case of hemorrhagic fever with concurrent aortic dissection.
A 56-year-old man complained of high fever and generalized body ache, with decreased platelet counts of 10 × 10
/L and acute kidney injury. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays test for immunoglobulin M and immunoglobulin G hantavirus-specific antibodies were both positive. During the convalescent period, he complained sudden onset acute chest pain radiating to the back, and the computed tomography angiography revealed an aortic dissection of the descending aorta extending to iliac artery. He was diagnosed with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome and Stanford B aortic dissection. The patient recovered completely after surgery with other support treatments.
Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome complicated with aortic dissection is rare and a difficult clinical condition. Hantavirus infection not only causes microvascular damage presenting with hemorrhage but may be risk factor for acute macrovascular detriment. A causal relationship has yet to be confirmed.

Lumbar artery bleeding is an uncommon complication of percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL). This report presents a rare complication where two lumbar arteries were injured by a single puncture following PCNL. Only scarce reports of this complication have been reported.
A 24-year-old man presented with a 2.2 cm right renal calculus, which was managed by PCNL. During nephrostomy tube removal on the 6
postoperative day, intense bleeding was observed in the fistula and the catheter. Renal angiography was undertaken immediately; however, an initial selective renal angiogram revealed no evidence of renal vascular injury. One of these injuries involved a pseudoaneurysm from a peripheral branch in the first right lumbar artery, while the other involved an arteriovenous fistula from a peripheral branch in the second right lumbar artery. Subsequently, coil embolization was performed successfully.
This case is being reported to inform clinicians that lumbar artery damage is one of the causes of severe bleeding after PCNL and could involve damage of more than one artery.

Enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma(EATL) is a rare invasive lymphoma derived from gastrointestinal epithelial T lymphocytes. EATL involving the whole gastrointestinal tract accompanied with early colon cancer is extremely rare.
We present the case of a 67-year-old man with diarrhea for more than 5 mo whose colonoscopy in another hospital showed multiple colonic polyps, which indicated moderate to severe dysplasia and focal early cancer. Therefore, he was referred to our hospital for further endoscopic treatment. Colonoscopy after admission showed that the mucosa of the terminal ileum and the entire colon were slightly swollen and finely granular. Endoscopic mucosal resection was performed for colonic polyps located in the liver flexure of the colon and descending colon, respectively. Histopathological findings revealed diffuse infiltration of medium-sized lymphoid cells in the colonic mucosa and visible lymphoepithelial lesions. The histopathology of the polyp in the descending colon indicated moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma limited to the mucosa with negative resection margins. Additionally, immunohistochemical analysis showed positive staining for CD7 and CD8. Therefore, we arrived at a diagnosis of EATL with early colon cancer. Subsequently, the patient was transferred to the hematology department for chemotherapy. The patient's diarrhea was not significantly relieved after receiving chemotherapy, and he ultimately died of severe myelosuppression.
EATL should be considered in unexplained chronic diarrhea. EATL progresses rapidly with a poor prognosis, especially when accompanied with early colon cancer.

Stroke is one of the leading causes of death and disability worldwide. In patients suffering from strokes and other acute brain injuries, the prevalence of pituitary dysfunction is high, and growth hormone deficiency is commonly found. Previous studies have demonstrated that administration of recombinant human growth hormone provides adult growth hormone deficiency (AGHD) patients with beneficial effects such as improving body compositions and quality of life. Nevertheless, other physiological benefits of growth hormone substitution are still controversial and inconclusive.
A female with a history of hypertension suffered intracranial hemorrhage, intraventricular hemorrhage, and hydrocephalus at 56 years of age. Her mobility, fluency of speech, and mentality were impaired ever since the event occurred. After five years, the 61-year-old patient was further diagnosed with AGHD and received six-month growth hormone replacement therapy (GHRT). After six months of GHRT, the patient's body composition was improved. A substantial improvement in Mini-Mental State Examination score was also observed, accompanying with ameliorations in mobility, fluency of speech, and mentality.
In addition to improvements in body composition, GHRT for AGHD may provide further beneficial effects in patients with cognitive or motor impairments due to intracerebral hemorrhage.

Lung transplantation is considered an effective method for treating patients with end-stage coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The nurses play a pivotal role in lung transplantation for COVID-19 patients.
Two elderly patients were admitted to the emergency department due to cough, and the nucleic acid test was positive. The patients were preliminarily diagnosed with COVID-19. The chest computed tomography scan revealed massive lung consolidation, and the patients did not improve after treatment with antiviral drugs, glucocorticoids, antibiotics, and other drugs. Under the support of pure oxygen in extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, the patients' oxygen levels were still poor, indicating that they were in the terminal stage of viral pneumonia. The patients underwent double-lung transplantation and received intraoperative care. The extracorporeal membrane oxygenation device was removed within a week of the surgical procedure, and the respiratory circulation of the patients were stabilized.
High-quality care for COVID-19 patients undergoing lung transplantation ensures patient safety during operation while protecting the safety of the medical staff.

Ligamentoid fibromatosis is a rare borderline tumor that occurs in the muscles, fascia, and aponeurosis. It is a kind of soft tissue tumor of fibrous origin, also known as invasive fibromatosis, desmoid fibroma, neurofibromatosis,
. The tumor is between benign and malignant tumors and rarely has distant metastasis. Its characteristics are mainly local invasion, destruction and growth and easy recurrence. The World Health Organization defines it as a fibroblast cloning value-added lesion originating from deep soft tissue, which causes local invasion and growth leading to tissue reconstruction, extrusion and destruction of important structures and organs. The incidence rate accounts for 0.03% of all tumors and less than 3% of all soft tissue tumors. Definite diagnosis mainly depends on postoperative pathology. Surgical resection is still the main way to treat the disease, and a variety of nonsurgical treatment methods are auxiliary. Combined treatment can effectively reduce the risk of postoperative recurrey reduce the risk of postoperative recurrence. The prognosis is still good, and the risk of recurrence of secondary surgery is greatly increased.
Sebaceous lymphadenoma is a benign tumor that occurs rarely in the salivary glands, most commonly in the parotid glands or periparotid lymph nodes, and even more rarely undergoes malignant transformation into a sebaceous lymphadenocarcinoma.
We report an 82-year-old woman who presented with a painless mass in the right parotid region. We performed extended surgical resection of the parotid gland mass. Intraoperative pathology revealed a sebaceous lymphadenocarcinoma with metastasis into the periparotid cervical lymph nodes, so we also performed neck dissection and lymph node resection. Postoperative pathology confirmed the diagnosis. The literature review revealed that this was the seventh reported case of sebaceous lymphadenocarcinoma and the second reported case of cervical lymph node metastasis and infiltration of the skin of the parotid gland.
Treatment of sebaceous lymphadenocarcinoma depends on the typing and clinical staging of the cancer. Extensive resection is the first choice, and adjuvant radiotherapy should be given to patients with high-grade tumors or those at an advanced clinical stage.

Gastric mixed adenoma-neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) are quite rare. In the 2019 world health organization classification of tumors of the digestive system, these were designated as a combination of grade 1 or grade 2 NETs and adenomas or tubular adenomas. There are no treatment guidelines for these tumors, and pathological and clinical studies are ongoing. Herein, we review previous case reports and present a case of gastric mixed adenoma-NET.
A 66-year-old man underwent gastrointestinal endoscopy for the evaluation of upper abdominal pain. Histopathological examination of the biopsy specimen indicated the possibility of gastric cancer. A histopathological examination by endoscopic submucosal dissection showed a mixed adenoma-NET that was completely excised by endoscopic submucosal dissection. NG25 No recurrence was observed on gastrointestinal endoscopy at the 6-mo follow-up.
Clinicians' awareness of this rare tumor is important for its timely diagnosis and treatment.
