To analyse the key factors affecting population aging effectively and predict the development trend of population aging timely are of great significance for formulating relevant policies scientifically and reasonably, which can mitigate the effects of population aging on society. This paper analyses the current situation of population aging in Wuhan of China and discusses the main factors affecting the population aging quantitatively, and then establishes a combination prediction model to forecast the population aging trend. Firstly, considering the attribute values of the primary influence factors are multi-source heterogeneous data (the real numbers, interval numbers and fuzzy linguistic variables coexist), a two-tuple correlation coefficient analysis method is proposed to rank the importance of the influencing factors and to select the main influencing factors. Secondly, a combination prediction model named Multiple Linear Regression Analysis-Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average is established to predict the number and the proportion of aging population in Wuhan. By using the statistical data of Wuhan in the past 20 years, this combination prediction model is used for empirical analysis, and a prediction result of the number and the proportion of aging people in Wuhan in the future is obtained. Based on these quantitative analysis results, we propose some countermeasures and suggestions on how to alleviate the population aging of Wuhan from aspects of economic development, pension security system design and policy formulation, which provide theoretical basis and method reference for relevant population management departments to make scientific decisions.
Formaldehyde is the most frequently used chemical for the preservation of a cadaver. However, its toxicity in the dissection hall is frequently ignored.
To assess the acute adverse effects of formaldehyde treated cadaver on preclinical new innovative medical students and anatomy staff members in the dissection hall at Wollo University, Ethiopia.
This institutional-based cross-sectional study was carried out from January 20 to February 25, 2020. A total of 88 study participants were surveyed at the department of Human Anatomy, Wollo University, Ethiopia. The participants were those who were exposed to formaldehyde vapors during the dissection of a cadaver in the dissection hall. A self-administered questionnaire which contains the clinical symptoms observed after formaldehyde exposure was used to collect data. The data were entered into EpiData version 4.2 and then exported to SPSS Version 21 for analysis. Finally, the data were expressed in texts, tables, and figures.
The study comprised 84 (95.5%) male and 4 (4.5%) female. In this study, the top three most common acute adverse effects of formaldehyde during dissection of a cadaver in the cadaver room were unpleasant smells, Tiredness/dizziness, and watering of eyes (lacrimation), each accounted for 64 (72.7%), 39 (44.3%) and 35 (39.8%), respectively. The other acute adverse effects were running nose with tingling sensation 27 (30.7%) followed by lack of concentration 24 (27.3%) and headache 22 (25%).
In dissection hall, preclinical medical students and instructors are at high risk to develop various acute adverse symptoms of formaldehyde. Therefore, a free-aldehyde preservation solution should be assumed to prevent its toxicity.

Healthcare Delivery Science Education (HDSE) covers important aspects of the business of medicine, including, operations management, managerial accounting, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, negotiations, e-health and policy/advocacy. We need to investigate and understand practicing physicians' viewpoints on HDSE in order to inform interventions capable of preventing the double loss phenomena and improving medical and continuing medical education opportunities in HDSE. This qualitative study aims to provide a rich, contextualized understanding of the HDSE experiences and interests of physicians practicing in a rural state through the intensive study of particular cases.
We interviewed 18 practicing physicians from a rural, Midwestern state over the telephone about their viewpoints on past experiences obtaining HDSE, interest in HDSE, barriers to pursuing HDSE, and interest in an example HDSE certificate program.
Salient themes in our study were that physicians were interested in HDSE and believed HDSE could lead to improved patient care and practice efficiency. However, many of the respondents had not received longitudinal, diversified, didactic or practical HDSE. Time limited many physicians from pursuing HDSE opportunities. Many physicians in the study were interested in the example HDSE certificate program.
Physicians in our qualitative study were interested in obtaining HDSE and had not received diversified, didactic HDSE in the past. Our research suggests innovative HDSE programs will likely be utilized and pursued if they are developed.
