In the merged-fingerprint generation stage, the kernel principal component analysis feature of the Wi-Fi fingerprint and the local binary pattern features of the scene image are fused. In the fingerprint positioning stage, a light gradient boosting machine (LightGBM) is trained with mutually exclusive feature bundling and histogram optimization to obtain an accurate positioning model. The method is tested in an actual environment. The experimental results show that the positioning accuracy of the LightGBM method is 90% within a range of 1.53 m. Compared with the single-fingerprint positioning method, the accuracy is improved by more than 20%, and the performance is improved by more than 15% compared with other methods. Participants received the real or placebo treatment during five consecutive days, while performing a motor dexterity training program of 20 min. The motor dexterity and the sensitivity of the hand were assessed pre- and post-day 1, post 5 days of training, and 5 days after training concluded. Training improved motor dexterity, but tDCS only produced a tendency to improve retention. The intervention did not produce changes in the somatosensory variables assessed. Thus, reversal bi-tDCS had no effects during motor learning on healthy subjects, but it could favor the retention of the motor skills acquired. More than 100 open reading frames (ORFs) have been annotated in the MDV genome, and are involved in various aspects of MDV biology and pathogenesis. Within UL and US regions of MDV, there are several unique ORFs, some of which have recently been shown to be important for MDV replication and pathogenesis. In this review, we will summarize the current knowledge on these ORFs and compare their location in different MDV strains.
