The receiver operating characteristic curve and Youden's index were used to identify the cutoff value of AFP affecting survival. The patients were then divided into two groups by the cutoff for comparison.Results Totally 114 patients were included. An AFP level of 256 ng/ml was found to affect survival (area under curve 63.1%, 95% confidence interval 0.514-0.748, p = 0.027; sensitivity 0.6, specificity 0.706). The 114 patients were divided into Group A (AFP less then 256 ng/ml, n = 56) and Group B (AFP ≥ 256 ng/ml, n = 58). The median AFP level was 13.0 ng/ml (range, 2-253 ng/ml) in Group A and 11206.5 ng/ml (range, 259-481,000 ng/ml) in Group B (p  less then  0.001). To be more specific, we explored the effects of education, income, and race/ethnicity on OHAs, such as online health information seeking, social media use for health, and health information technologies (HITs) utilization. Moreover, given the importance of socio-contextual factors in digital divide, we examined how social support interacts with education, income, and race/ethnicity, and jointly influences OHAs. link3 Using data from the 2017 Health Information National Trends Survey, we found the effects of education on several OHAs. Income only affected HITs utilization that had just started to diffuse across the U.S. society. We also identified reinforcing effects of social support and education on HITs utilization, and reinforcing effects of social support and income on online health information seeking. Drawing on data from the 1994-2016 Health and Retirement Study (HRS), we used growth curve models to examine the age patterns of depressive symptoms, changes in sociodemographic gaps in depressive symptoms trajectories, and predictors of changes in depressive symptoms.

In general, adults' depressive symptoms started high in middle-adulthood, declined in young-old life, increased moderately in mid-old life, and peaked in old-old life; In detail, more nuanced cohort-specific age trajectories of depressive symptoms were observed, challenging the prevailing assumption of a common age trajectory of depressive symptoms. Later-born cohorts displayed higher levels of depressive symptoms than earlier-born cohorts at observed ages.
