Preoperative pathological biopsy and IHC are indispensable. Misdiagnosis is common if we rely solely on imaging.

When we encounter a patient suspected of pancreatic cancer with blood cell abnormalities and no significant increase in carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9), we need to be aware of the possibility of pancreatic MS. Preoperative pathological biopsy and IHC are indispensable. Misdiagnosis is common if we rely solely on imaging.

In recent years, with the accelerated pace of life, diet, environmental problems occur frequently. External factors are easily to cause endocrine disorders and hormone sensitivity of breast tissue, which can lead to mammary hyperplasia. The incidence rate of hyperplasia of mammary glands is increasing year by year, and the age of onset is also getting lower and lower. If not treated in time, there is a crisis of breast cancer.Clinical studies have found that auricular point pressing therapy is widely used in clinical treatment of mammary hyperplasia recently, but the efficacy of massage in the treatment of mammary hyperplasia has not been systematically reviewed. The purpose of this study is to explore the efficacy, safety and effectiveness of auricular point pressing therapy in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.

We will search PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, Wan fang Database, Chinese Scientific Journal Database, CNKI, VIP, and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database. Sunitinib ic50 The retrieval date was January 10, 2021. RevMan 5.3 software was used to evaluate the quality and risk of included studies. The efficacy, recurrence rate, and symptom score of breast hyperplasia were analyzed, and the results were observed and measured.

This study will be from the clinical efficiency, improvement rate, pain symptoms disappear rate, tumor size improvement rate, and other aspects of the existing evidence for a high quality synthesis, as well as auricular point pressing therapy adverse events.

the conclusion of this review will provide the basis for judging whether auricular point pressing therapy is safe and effective in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.

This systematic will evaluate the effectiveness and safety of auricular point pressing therapy in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands. As all data used in this systematic review and meta-analysis have been published, ethical approval is not required for this review.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training in schools, despite being legislated in Spain, is not established as such within the subjects that children are taught in schools.

to evaluate the acquisition of CPR skills by 11-year-old children after a brief theoretical-practical teaching programme taught by nurses at school.

62 students were assessed in a quasi-experimental study on 2 cohorts (51.4% of the sample in control group [CG]). In total, 2 sessions were given, a theoretical one, and a practical training for skill development in children, in which the CG performed the CPR in 2-minute cycles and the intervention group in 1-minute cycles. The anthropometric variables recorded were weight and height, and the variables compression quality and ventilation quality were recorded using the Laerdal ResusciAnne manikin with Personal Computer/Wireless SkillReport.

The assessment showed better results, in terms of BLS sequence performance and use of automated external defibrillator, in the CG and after training, except for the evaluation of the 10-second breathing assessment technique. The quality of chest compressions was better in the CG after training, as was the quality of the ventilations. There were no major differences in CPR quality after training and 4 months after the 1-minute and 2-minute training cycles.

11-year-old children do not perform quality chest compressions or ventilations but, considering their age, they are able to perform a BLS sequence correctly.

With the aging of society, the incidence of diseases increases. And along with the increase of surgery rate, the number of elderly patients with postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) is also increasing. POCD seriously affects the mental state and quality of life of patients and their families. Clinical studies have shown that POCD is closely related to inflammatory reaction, and Ulinastatin can inhibit the inflammatory reaction and reduce the incidence of POCD in elderly patients under general anesthesia. However. the effect of Ulinastatin on POCD in elderly patients under general anesthesia has not been systematically evaluated.

Meta analysis will be used to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Ulinastatin in elderly patients with general anesthesia POCD during perioperative period.

Malignant transformation arising in mature cystic teratoma (MT-MCT) is a rare neoplasm of the ovary. Herein, we aimed to evaluate the clinicopathological features and treatment outcome of the Han Chinese women with MT-MCT.In this retrospective study, the clinical data of patients who had been surgically treated from January 2000 to November 2019 and in whom the diagnosis of MCT was confirmed based on the pathology were included. Fourteen patients with MT-MCT from a total of 569 cases (2.46% incidence) of MCT were reviewed. The mean age of patients with MT-MCT was 51.3 (range, 31-71) years, while the mean age of patients with MCT was 45.3 (range, 17-62) years. Upon gross examination, the mean size of MT-MCT was 14.0 (range, 11-25) cm, whereas the mean size of MCT was 7.5 (range, 4-10) cm. Primary surgical staging was performed in all cases. Complete cytoreduction and suboptimal surgical resection were performed in 12 (85.7%) and 2 (14.3%) cases, respectively. Thirteen patients with malignant transformation of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) whose Federation International of Gynecology and Obstetrics stage was >1 received chemotherapy, comprising carboplatin and paclitaxel.
