The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of Neurolinguistic Programming practices on organizational citizenship behaviour in nursing.
Neuro Linguistic Programming practices are used for different purposes in many areas and they can also be used to contribute to the acquisition of organizational citizenship behaviour.
The research is a randomized controlled trial. The sample of the study consisted of 180 nurses. The data of the study were collected through face-to-face interviews conducted with the nurses in the sample group, Neuro Linguistic Programming training group, standard training and control groups between January and April 2020 after Neuro Linguistic Programming training was received by the researcher. Chi-Square Test and ANOVA test were used to analyse the collected data.
A statistically significant difference was found in the total score of the organizational citizenship behaviour in the Neuro Linguistic Programming training group compared to the standard training group and the controse, and the patients will receive quality service.

Integrative literature review.
A systematic search was conducted in accordance with PRISMA guidelines. Six thousand and forty-eight articles were screened. Seventy-eight met inclusion criteria. Due to the heterogeneity of included articles, a narrative synthesis was conducted utilising a conceptual matrix to identify thematic categories.

Older adults have proven their ability to overcome adversities throughout their life. This study aims to assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on older adults' psychological distress (anxiety and depression) over time.
A community-dwelling Spaniard population (N=192) completed a survey and reported on their sociodemographic characteristics, appraisal and personal resources. Older adults took part in a longitudinal online survey collected in April 2020 (during the lockdown restrictions) and at two subsequent time points 3 and 9 months after baseline (without lockdown restrictions and during the third wave of the pandemic respectively).
Older adults did not evidence higher emotional distress than during the initial lockdown. Furthermore, depression remained stable and anxiety significantly decreased. Results also suggest that some sociodemographic characteristics, appraisals and personal resources are relevant. Older participants showed less anxiety than younger ones. Furthermore, being a male, resilience, and acceptance were related with the decrease of anxiety. Otherwise, fear of the COVID-19 outbreak and depression were related with the increase of anxiety.
Older adults may adapt to the adverse pandemic impact by using more adaptive resources that reduce their distress. Efforts to ameliorate older adults' anxiety by focusing on older adults' personal resources should be considered.

Interestingly DNA gyrase has also been found in the apicoplasts of apicomplexan parasites like Plasmodium falciparum (Pf) the causative agent of Malaria. Gyrase B (GyrB), a subunit of gyrase A2 B2 complex has an N-terminal domain (GyrBN) which is endowed with ATPase activity. We reported earlier that PfGyrB exhibits ATP-independent dimerization unlike its bacterial counterparts. Here we report the role of two unique regions (L1 and L2) identified in PfGyrBN. Deletions of L1 alone (PfGyrBNΔL1), or L1 and L2 together (PfGyrBNΔL1ΔL2) have indicated that these regions may play an important role in ATPase activity and the oligomeric state of PfGyrBN. Our experiments show that the deletion of L1 region disrupts the dimer interface of PfGyrBN and reduces its ATPase activity. Further through ITC experiments we show that the binding affinity of ATP to PfGyrBN is reduced upon the deletion of L1 region. We have observed a reduction in ATPase activity for of all three proteins PfGyrBN, PfGyrBNΔL1, and PfGyrBNΔL1ΔL2 in presence of coumermycin. Our results suggests that L1 region of PfGyrBN is likely to be functionally important and may provide a unique dimer interface that affects its enzymatic activity. Since deletion of L1 region decreases the affinity of ATP to the protein, this region can be targeted toward designing novel inhibitors of ATP hydrolysis.The ability to actively cope with cancer has been extensively associated with better patient-reported outcomes (PROs). This systematic review aims to synthesise the available literature assessing the experience of cancer patients from racial-ethnic minoritised groups. Given the role of sociocontextual factors, greater emphasis was placed on the relationship between family communication and cancer patients' coping within the three largest racial-ethnic minority groups in the United States. Five databases (CINAHL, MEDLINE, PsycINFO, PubMed, Web of Science) were used to search for peer-reviewed empirical studies published between 2008 and 2021, investigating family communication patterns, coping, and well-being among Black/African American, Asian, and Hispanic/Latinx cancer survivors. Short reports, chapters, abstracts/summaries, systematic reviews, and conference proceedings were excluded. This review was guided by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Statement (PRISMA). IAc has mainly been approached as an individual trait and has been investigated through the cardiac modality using mostly non-ecological methods. Such studies consensually designate the anterior insular cortex as the main brain correlate of IAc. However, there is a lack of brain imaging studies investigating IAc in a broader and more ecological way. Here, we used a novel ecological task in which participants monitored their general bodily reactions to external events and investigated brain regions subtending intraindividual (i.e. trial-by-trial) variations of IAc. At each trial, participants had to rate the intensity of their bodily reactions to an emotional picture. We recorded participants' skin conductance response (SCR) to the picture as an indicator of actual physiological response intensity. We fitted a functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) model using, as regressors, the SCR value, the rating and the product of the two (as a proxy of participants' IAc) obtained trial per trial. We observed that activity in the dorsomedial prefrontal cortex (dmPFC) increased when individuals' IAc decreased. This result reveals general mechanism of error processing in intraindividual variations of IAc, which are unspecific to interoception. Our result has a practical impact in the clinical domain. Namely, it supports the predictive coding framework whereby IAc deficits may reflect impairments in processing a mismatch between actual interoceptive signals and predictions.Ovarian cancer is the leading cause of gynaecological cancer deaths and the seventh most commonly diagnosed cancer among women worldwide, so that, as it is related to substantial and increasing disease burden, the management of ovarian cancer survivors should be a priority. Such issues involve prevention and management of emotional distress, anxiety/depressive symptoms, and maintenance of quality of life from initial diagnosis to post-treatment. Within this framework, sleep disturbances, in particular insomnia, are emerging as modifiable determinants of mental health, also contributing to substantial morbidity among cancer, including ovarian cancer. To this aim we conducted a systematic review according to PRISMA guidelines on prevalence and management of insomnia and circadian sleep disorders in ovarian cancer, while selecting 22 papers. Insomnia was evaluated in ovarian cancer and, while circadian sleep disturbances were poorly assessed in ovarian cancer, insomnia increased from 14% to 60% of patients. Insomnia was associated with cancer-related comorbid conditions such as emotional distress, anxiety/depressive symptoms and low quality of life. Despite this evidence, no studies have been conducted about insomnia treatment in ovarian cancer. The burden of insomnia and circadian sleep disorders in patients with ovarian cancer still needs to be addressed, and requires a call to action for the evaluation and management of these potential modifiable factors that might contribute to ovarian cancer morbidity.The obesity epidemic is a significant public policy issue facing the international community, resulting in substantial costs to individuals and society. Various policies have been suggested to reduce and prevent obesity, including those informed by standard economics (a key feature of which is the assumption that individuals are rational) and behavioral economics (which identifies and harness deviations from rationality). It is not known which policy interventions taxpayers find acceptable and would prefer to fund via taxation. We provide evidence from a discrete choice experiment on an Australian sample of 996 individuals to investigate social acceptability of eight policies mass media campaign; traffic light nutritional labeling; taxing sugar sweetened beverages; prepaid cards to purchase healthy food; financial incentives to exercise; improved built environment for physical activity; bans on advertising unhealthy food and drink to children; and improved nutritional quality of food sold in public institutions. Latent class analysis revealed three classes differing in preferences and key respondent characteristics including capacity to benefit. Social acceptability of the eight policies at realistic levels of tax increases was explored using post-estimation analysis. Overall, 78% of the sample were predicted to choose a new policy, varying from 99% in those most likely to benefit from obesity interventions to 19% of those least likely to benefit. A policy informed by standard economics, traffic light labeling was the most popular policy, followed by policies involving regulation bans on junk food advertising to children and improvement of food quality in public institutions. The least popular policies were behaviorally informed prepaid cards for the purchase of only healthy foods, and financial incentives to exercise.
