At present, the main treatment for strabismus is still surgical treatment, but there is no unified standard for the evaluation of the timing of surgery. This study mainly explores the clinical effects of using meta-analysis of intelligent image sensors combined with visual training to treat children with intermittent exotropia. Cochrane systematic reviews collect, evaluate, and synthesize an increasing number of original clinical research results to obtain the comprehensive effect of relevant interventions, so as to provide real and reliable evidence for health decision-making and clinical practice. It uses scientific, clear, and reproducible research methods to reduce the influence of biased factors, so it is different from traditional reviews. Cochrane systematic reviews are especially suitable for certain interventions when the pros and cons of interventions are difficult to determine based on the results of a single clinical study or when there are large differences in the clinical application process. Poh age of onset, type of strabismus, degree of strabismus, and degree of control was counted. Among them, 91 patients who underwent strabismus correction surgery were followed up for at least 6 months with correct eye position. The presence or absence of simultaneous vision, fusion function, far stereo vision, and near stereo vision were recorded and compared with preoperative. The number of recovery and nonrecovery cases was recorded, and the relationship between the age of operation, the type of strabismus, the degree of strabismus, and the degree of control was counted. It was statistically analyzed by SPSS22.0. The results of the meta-analysis showed that in terms of the effective rate of fundus lesions, the visual training group was better than the nontraining group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (RR = 1.32, 95% CI (1.25, 1.40), P  less then  0.0001). This study provides guidance for the early rehabilitation of children with intermittent exotropia. The change of perioperative immune function in patients with esophageal cancer is mainly caused by the joint action of surgical trauma and anesthesia. In our study, we aimed to investigate the effects of different anesthetic methods on the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with esophageal cancer surgery. 50 patients with esophageal cancer were divided into the study group and the control group. Among them, the patients in the control group chose intravenous anesthesia and received self-controlled intravenous analgesia after surgery. Patients in the study group chose thoracic epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia, undergoing self-controlled epidural analgesia after surgery; serum interleukin-2 (IL-2) and soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) were measured by ELISA. Serum stress hormones GH and sIL-8 were measured by radioimmunoassay. Both groups of patients achieved significant postoperative analgesia, but the VAS score in the study group at the T2-T4 time point was lower than that in the control group. The serum GH concentration in the study group increased at T1 and reached its highest peak at T2, then decreased. The serum IL-8 concentration of the two groups showed a downward trend from T1 to T4. Thoracic epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia for postoperative epidural analgesia can relieve the degree of cellular immunosuppression during and after surgery. Moreover, the thoracic epidural block combined with general anesthesia for esophageal cancer surgery and epidural analgesia after surgery for patients are anesthetic and analgesic methods with clinically significant effects. Our research results have a positive effect on the promotion of postoperative rehabilitation in patients with malignant cell tumors. In order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of CRBSI during clinical intravenous infusion therapy, this paper investigates the incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infection (CRBSI) in the treatment of midline catheters (MCs) and peripherally inserted central catheters (PICCs) by intravenous infusion. Web of Science, PubMed, Scopus, Embase, Cochrane Library, and ProQuest are searched to collect CRBSI-related studies on MC and PICC. The retrieval time is from the database construction to August 2020. Two researchers independently searched and screened literature quality evaluation and extracted data according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, and RevMan 5.3 software was used for analysis. Eleven studies are included, with a total of 33809 patients. The incidence of CRBSI in the MC group is 0.599% (43/7079), and that in the PICC group is 0.4993% (133/26630). Meta-analysis showed that the incidence of CRBSI in the MC group is higher than that in the PICC group (OR = 0.72, 95% CI = 0.43 same conditions, MC patients can be given priority for intravenous infusion therapy. ONO-AE3-208 More high-quality and child-related studies are needed to further evaluate and explore the risk of CRBSI between MC and PICC.A case-control study is performed in this paper to explore various possible effects and clinical value of the photodynamic therapy combined with thymosin for the treatment process of the condyloma acuminatum (CA) in the anal canal. For this purpose, a hundred (100) patients specifically with CA in the anal canal who were regularly treated in the hospital from February 2019 to April 2021 were recruited. The first group, that is, the control group, was treated with thymosin, whereas photodynamic therapy combined with thymosin was used as a treatment for the study group. The curative effect, clinical index, LTN, SP, TGF-β 1, TNF-α, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, and the adverse reactions of incidence were compared between these groups. Moreover, 27 cases were observed to be obviously effective, 22 were observed to be effective, and a single case was observed to be ineffective. Thus, 98% is the total effective rate where a single case relapses. Likewise, in the control group, 15 cases were observed to be obviously effective, 28 effective, and 13 ineffective. Thus, 86% is the total rate of effectiveness where thirteen (13) cases relapse. We have observed that the study group has a higher rate of effectiveness than the control group and the rate of recurrence of the former group was slightly lower than that of the latter group, that is, the control group (P  0.05).To examine the influences of bevacizumab combined with intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) on postoperative brain glioma, particularly its impact on coagulation function and cognitive function, the complete clinical data of 156 patients undergoing glioma surgery in the neurosurgery department of our hospital between March 2015 and October 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent glioma surgery and were then assigned to the observation group (Obs group, n = 79, received bevacizumab combined with IMRT) or the control group (Con group, n = 77, received IMRT without bevacizumab) for analysis during postoperative treatment. The patients' short-term efficacy was evaluated, and their serum markers and coagulation function were compared, as well as the cognitive function, the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment, the Karnofsky performance status (KPS) score, and quality of life after treatment. Patients' survival was followed up within 2 years after surgery. The Obs group showed a notably higher clinical remission rate and clinical control rate (DCR) than the Con group after treatment. The Obs group showed notably lower levels of interleukin-2 (IL-2), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), IL-6, and epidermal growth factor (EGF), experienced notably shorter prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), and showed higher fibrinogen (FIB) and D-dimer (D-D) levels than Con group. The Obs group showed notably better cognitive function, KPS score, and quality of life than the Con group, but no notable difference was observed between them in the incidence of adverse reactions (P > 0.0500). The survival rates in the Obs group were higher than in the Con group. For patients with glioma, postoperative bevacizumab combined with IMRT delivers substantially higher clinical efficacy by lowering serum marker levels and improving cognitive function without significantly affecting coagulation function.

The aim of this study is to identify the effectiveness of the four different watermelon frost combination medications in the treatment of oral ulcers through network meta-analysis and rank them based on their performances.

Five randomized controlled studies of four distinct types of a combination medication for the treatment of oral ulcers were observed in numerous databases, and a network meta-analysis was conducted to evaluate the odds ratio (OR) and sequence of the diverse treatments using Stata software (version 13.0). The underlined studies were categorized into two groups the control group (watermelon frost alone) and the observation group (one of four watermelon frost combinations).

The study comprised of 598 cases and the findings indicated that the pooled OR and 95% CI of oral ulcers that improved relative to watermelon frost alone were 3.26 (1.28 to 8.30) for watermelon frost and Kangfuxin fluid, 8.74 (2.94 to 26.02) for watermelon frost and erythromycin, 6.53 (1.81 to 23.50) for watermelon frost and metronidazole, and 2.62 (0.63 to 10.95) for watermelon frost and cydiodine buccal tablets. The study showed the significant efficacy of watermelon frost combination medications. In terms of clinical efficacy, the combination of watermelon frost and erythromycin was the most promising concomitant medication. It had an 86.3 surface under cumulative ranking (SUCRA).

All the studied watermelon frost combinations were effective against oral ulcers validating the use of watermelon frost for oral ulcers. The combination of watermelon frost and erythromycin is the most promising candidate among the four combinations for the treatment of oral ulcers.

Modern competitive aerobics competition is very fierce; athletes cannot only rely on a specific competitive skill to achieve good results. Protein is the physical basis of life activity. The life activity of human body is closely related to protein, and protein is closely related to human exercise ability. This article aims to study protein metabolism and demand of aerobics athletes during training based on multisensor data fusion. A total of 26 female aerobics athletes were randomly divided into two groups exercise group and exercise + nutrition group. According to the characteristics of human motion, a comprehensive measurement acquisition sensor system for collecting human motion information is designed and implemented, and the system is used to monitor the subject's protein condition in real time. The subjects took protein nutrient solution before breakfast every day. The dynamic recognition algorithm designed in this paper also has shortcomings, and the monitoring protein method based on gait and other signs is not completely correct.
