of MT-MCT increases with age. The MT-MCT was much higher in women of postmenopausal age than in younger women. We described our experience of successfully treating patients with malignant transformation of SCC with primary surgical staging and adjuvant chemotherapy (cisplatin, paclitaxel, bleomycin, and etoposide) that might improve survival in patients with advanced-stage disease.

higher level of aggression and antisocial behavior are frequent following head trauma, due to specific brain alterations. Many tests are used to assess this aspect. A descriptive review was conducted on the main tests used to detect the appearance of aggressive dimensions following traumatic brain injury.

we searched on PubMed and Web of Science databases and screening references of included studies and review articles for additional citations. From initial 723 publications, only 7 met our search criteria. Findings showed that various psychometric tools are used to assess aggressiveness and its subdomains, following head trauma.

further investigation are necessary to clarify whether these tools ensure a reliable diagnosis in order to make an early intervention and reduce violent behavior and its development.

Acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) with myelofibrosis (MF) is rare, and only 14 cases have been reported in the literature to date.

A 42-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital with easy bruising and excessive bleeding. With the remission of the primary disease during treatment, the degree of fibrosis did not decrease, but worsened progressively.

The woman was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukemia with secondary myelofibrosis.

All-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) was discontinued after 6 months of complete remission of APL. Arsenic trioxide (ATO) was discontinued because of supraventricular tachycardia 9 months after complete remission of APL.

After withdrawal of ATRA for 2 months, the degree of fibrosis was significantly alleviated, and after withdrawal of ATRA for 8 months and ATO for 5 months, bone marrow biopsy showed no reticular fiber deposition.

In this case report and review of an additional 14 cases of APL with MF, we highlighted the importance of the degree of MF to be evaluated by bone marrow biopsy at the time of bone marrow aspiration when APL is suspected. If MF is present, the type of MF should be determined in a timely manner, and appropriate intervention measures should be taken accordingly.

The potential treatment effects and safety of Yu ping feng san (YPFS) for pediatric allergic rhinitis (PAR) patients have yet to be studied systematically.

To assess the effects and safety of YPFS for treat pediatric patients, allergic rhinitis.

We systematically searched PubMed, EMBASE (Excerpta Medical Database), Cochrane library, Chinese Cochrane Centre's Controlled Trials Register platform, Wanfang Chinese Digital Periodical and Conference Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database, and VIP Chinese Science, from inception dates to November 1, 2019. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were included. The risk of bias in the trials was assessed in accordance with the Cochrane Handbook, version 5.1.0. RevMan 5.3 software was used to perform a meta-analysis. Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation methodology was applied to evaluate the evidence quality for each outcome. The quality of evidence for each outcome measurement was low for 4 outcomes and very low for herefore, further large, rigorously-designed studies are necessary to determine conclusively the utility of YPFS in PAR.

Current evidence cannot support the routine use of YPFS for treatment of PAR. This may be due to poor-quality study-design limitations of the included YPFS studies. AnacardicAcid Our data showed that the use of YPFS for PAR is relatively safe compared to Western medical therapy, but a conclusion could not be drawn because only 5 studies were analyzed. Every study suffered from some methodological limitation. Therefore, further large, rigorously-designed studies are necessary to determine conclusively the utility of YPFS in PAR.

At present, Liver Cirrhosis (LC) is common in most later liver and gallbladder diseases that its morbidity and mortality seriously affect human health. The limitation and effectiveness of western medicine on LC have become a huge clinical challenge. However, a large number of clinical studies have shown that Yi-guan decoction has become a complementary treatment for LC. Therefore, this systematic review will aim to explore the safety and feasibility of Yi-guan decoction in the treatment of LC.

We will conduct a comprehensive literature search in Medline, PubMed, Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, Embase, Chinese Biomedical Literatures Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wang Fang Database, Chinese Scientific Journal Database from inception to December 2020 without any language restriction, In addition, relevant literature will be searched manually. The main subject terms searched "Yi-guan decoction" "cirrhosis" "LC". Data entry will be performed by 2 researchers separately. Primary outcomes will be concluded Liver function indicators Total bilirubin, Alanine transaminase, Aspartate aminotransferase, etc. Secondary outcome indicators Total effective rate, Nutrition index, Survival analysis, Adverse events; All randomized controlled trials collected in this study will be evaluated and rated using the Cochrane risk-of-biasassessment tool. Meta-analysis will be performed using RevMan 5.4.0 software. The heterogeneity test will be conducted between the studies, P < .1 and I2 > 50% are the thresholds for the tests. Using solid effect model or random effect model will be based on its heterogeneity value.

This systematic review provides a theoretical basis for Yi-guan decoction to treat LC, we will report this result soon.

This study will explore Yi-guan decoction can will be used as one of the non drug therapies to prevent or treat LC.
