Roasting

Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is easy to taste. It softens and transforms into warm to your senses. The cocoa influences of Latin America smooth the brew while Africa offers citrus hints to add the balance. The result is a coffee that is delicious by itself, or with cake or milk chocolate. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges very well.

We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding some water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After the brewing process, let the coffee infuse for 4 minutes. This will ensure that all the grounds have been filled with water and are not being over-extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Do not stir or stir the coffee as it can cause unpleasant elements to appear in your cup.

Strength - 3 is a little softer and easygoing, great for lazy weekends.
