Finally, we designed a pharmacophore that may be used to recognise hSERT-mediated serotonin releasers and uptake inhibitors of diverse chemical structure, identifying their active conformations and interacting residues. We conclude that the conserved amine-Asp98 ionic and edge-to-face π-π interactions are crucial to the mode of action of MDMA on the hSERT, underscoring the contributions of Tyr95 and gating residues Phe341, Tyr176 and Phe335. Amenable to experimental testing, our modelling may aid the rational design of novel entactogenic compounds and contribute to the understanding of an action mechanism, common and typical of psychotropic agents. The music industry has undergone tremendous changes in relation to its production, distribution, and consumption habits due to the exponential development of new technologies, namely streaming platforms. The fact that sales of physical copies continue to decline significantly made it mandatory for this industry to reinvent itself by introducing music streaming services as a key part of its business development. This study aims to understand the factors that influence music consumption through streaming platforms, particularly studying the intention to adopt premium (paid) versions of a music streaming service and recommend them. An extension of the UTAUT2 model (version of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, applied to the consumer side) was created. Based on data collected from 324 music streaming services users, the framework of this study was tested using structural equation modelling (SEM). Research also included in-depth semi-structured interviews in order to generate a more profound knowledge about the profile, behaviours and motivations of the new music consumer. Our findings confirm that habit, performance expectancy and price value play the most important role in influencing the intention to use a paid music streaming service. Simultaneously, new dimensions such as personalisation, attitude towards piracy and perceived freemium-premium fit arise as having an additional relevant role in adopting this type of service. The research contributes insights into music streaming services consumer behaviour, providing several theoretical and practical implications to music streaming services providers. The present investigation was undertaken to develop puree from peaches and to study the effect of peel, sugar, KMS concentrations and storage conditions on the acidity, pH, total soluble solids, total sugar and rheological behavior of purees. Two types of Purees (Peeled and unpeeled) were prepared by adding sugar (10% and 15%) and KMS (100ppm, 200ppm, 300ppm). A decrease in viscosity with an increase in shear rate was observed. The developed purees were stored at refrigerated and ambient conditions for 45 days and were analyzed at 15 days interval. During the storage period, there was a change in G' and G"and the changes in pH and TSS were observed. The highest decrease in G' and G" was observed in P1 and P0 at ambient storage. The overall organoleptic score of all samples was acceptable, however, the organoleptic score of the P7 at refrigerated conditions was highest. The localization and quantification of endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) are controversial. Circulating CD34 + cells in blood have been identified as EPCs and as biomarkers of cardiovascular disease. We discuss in this paper the current data describing differential phenotype and behavior in vitro of CD34 positive cells from the circulation and adipose tissue (AT). We also describe in brief our own findings from CD34 + cells isolated from leukopheresis cones derived from healthy platelet donors and from patients undergoing bariatric surgery. We conclude that CD34 + cells in blood and in AT are different in antigenic profile and behavior in culture. The findings described assert that CD34 + cells detected in blood previously identified as biomarkers of cardiovascular disease are predominantly HPCs rather than EPCs, and that true CD34 + EPCs can be readily identified and extracted from AT, supportive of the current evidence which suggests EPCs are resident in the tissue vasculature. This research aims to study the physicochemical and sensory evaluation of high energy cereal bars (HCB) and their consumer acceptability using logistic regression. The HCB was prepared and formulated under using a mixture design (d-optimal) experiment with three centerpoints, namely, cereals (60-66%) fruits (14-20%), and sweeteners (20-26%). The regression analysis indicated that the three main ingredients affected physicochemical properties (color value, hardness, and stickiness), chemical properties (aw, total carbohydrate, gross energy, reducing sugar, non-reducing sugar, and total carotenoid), and sensory properties. The optimum content of cereals, fruits, and sweeteners for HCB was found to be 60.45%, 19.55%, and 20%. This indicates that puffed rice, roasted nuts, cereal seed, mixed fruits, corn syrup, and honey can provide high consumer product acceptance and purchase intention for a cereal bar and can be used to develop a high-energy cereal bar product desirable for the consumer market.Sugarcane bagasse is a fibrous material containing cellulose as its main component. It is produced in large quantities across the world. It is a kind of waste material that comes from the sugar industry. It is most commonly used in paper industries, but researchers have suggested that different mechanical and chemical treatments can help to extract cellulosic fibers, pure cellulose, cellulose nanofibers, and cellulose nanocrystals. These extracted materials have diverse applications in regenerated cellulosic fiber and composite material production. This paper will discuss the extraction procedures and typical applications in composite industries of these extracted materials. And an assessment will also be done on the production process and the properties of the end products to find out some common factors which can control the properties of these extracted material reinforced composites to some extent.

To identify dietary diversity and its associated factors among lactating women in the Debub Bench district.

Cross-sectional study design was conducted among 836 lactating women from January 1st to March 31st, 2019, in Debub Bench district. The outcome variable of the study was determined based on the proportion of lactating mothers who fed less than five major food groups to mothers who fed more than five major food groups out of nine (9) food groups. Lactating mothers who fed less than five of the major food groups were categorized under unacceptable dietary diversity. Data were first collected through face-to-face interviews by validated structured questionerers and then entered in Epi-data version 4.6.0.2 software. A bivariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were later conducted using IBM SPSS version 26 software. During the analysis, multicollinearity was check by using the tolerance test and variance inflation factors (VIF), Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness of fit test was used to see model fitrgeted towards promoting dietary diversity and good health among lactating women should be made at all levels. Second, lactating mothers should be adequately provided with nutritional information. Three, mothers should be empowered to alleviate household food insecurity by leveraging their premises for gardening diversified and nutritious vegetables.

The finding of this study showed that information about nutrition, absence of latrine, absence of garden, and household food insecurity were significantly associated with dietary diversity. Based on the finding of the study, the following recommendations are made. First, strategies and programs targeted towards promoting dietary diversity and good health among lactating women should be made at all levels. Second, lactating mothers should be adequately provided with nutritional information. Three, mothers should be empowered to alleviate household food insecurity by leveraging their premises for gardening diversified and nutritious vegetables.Ghana produces over 50% of its electrical energy demands from fossil-fuelled thermal plants. To increase the proportion of renewable energy in the national energy generation, a Renewable Energy Master Plan (REMP) which seeks, among others, to shift the country's national energy generation capacity towards more renewable energy sources has been developed. Selleckchem Bcl2 inhibitor The REMP noted that inadequate data on renewable energy sources such as wind is one of the challenges to achieving this target. In this regard, this paper assessed the open-source Weather Research and Forecasting Model, as a tool for generating wind resource data. The WRF model is often used to downscale meteorological datasets for wind resources assessments. However, due to diverse model options, performance assessments are required to establish the accuracy and suitability of a model configuration for an application in an area. This paper assessed the performance of a Weather Research and Forecasting Model configuration that is based on previous verification studies. In evaluation, data accuracy benchmarks were generally met by the downscaled wind data. A wind map that was generated was observed to be generally accurate and better than the previous 2001 wind map for Ghana. It is presumed that the configuration is suitable for wind mapping activities for the coastal areas in Ghana, and probably neighbouring countries. However, for downscaling time-series data, further studies are recommended.Recently, there has been huge interest to a new numeric set, which brings together three numerical systems complex, hyperbolic and dual numbers, called as hybrid number. Motivated and based on the importance of this system, we apply the definition of hybrid numbers to Perrin numbers and introduce Perrin hybrid numbers and examine some properties of them. In other words, we obtain their some properties such as Binet-like-formula, partial sums, generating functions, etc. Also we investigate some similar properties with Padovan hybrid sequence. Finally, we give a source Maple 13 code.In this note, we provide a short proof for the explicit formulas of the coefficients of a particular 3-term recurrence relation derived from a k-periodic recurrence. Any of the recurrences can be naturally interpreted in terms of determinants of Hessenberg matrices families.Cognitive radio networks (CRN) allow for an increase in spectral efficiency and performance of today's wireless networks. Currently, multiple proposals exist in the area of spectral decision-making and mobility; however, very few evaluate the impact of collaboration between secondary users and the performance of spectrum access by many secondary users. Unlike existing works, this article provides a comprehensive quantitative analysis of the performance of CRN taking into account access to the spectrum simultaneously by multiple users and decision making based on collaboration through the exchange of information between nearby secondary users. This proposal is developed through the implementation of four modules Input Module, Multi-user Module, Collaborative module and Decision-making module, where the results are evaluated comparatively through the handoff rate generated with two multicriteria techniques Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and Multi-Criteria Optimization and Compromise Solution (VIKOR).
