Yerkin Tatishev, a Kazakh businessman, becomes Silknet's shareholder.

Yerkin Tatishev Daniel Kunin Daniel Kunin Topaz Investments Malta Limited has been authorized by the Communications Commission to acquire 38.2353% of Prometheus Holdings Malta Limited, who is the legal owner for Silknet.

Kusto Group Topaz Investments Malta Limited Limited's final beneficiary is Erkin Takishev. Yerkin Tatishev Tatishev has been a long-time Silk Road Group Partner.

If the transaction is successful, the redistribution to Silknet beneficial owners will be altered. Kusto Group Giorgi Ramishvili's share is decreasing and he will already have an equal share of Yerkin Tatishev.
