The Shine stroller is a company known for its stylish, practical products. It's among the lightest strollers on market and feels solid and robust to hold despite its simple design. It's also extremely versatile that it can be used as a bassinet or Newborn Inlay from birth, as well as a Maxi Cosi car adapter.
The Shine isn't like other lightweight prams when it comes to cargo storage. The 22-pound capacity of the Shine allows you to take everything you need on an excursion without having to worry about leaving anything behind.
The wheels are also very easy to attach to the frame. They clip on straight from the box. The bassinet is also simple to attach and has handles that are similar to those of a Moses basket. And when you're done, the pram folds down to the perfect size so you can fit it into the smallest of vehicles.
Thule's air purifier canopy is a standout too, with a built-in fan that filters the air you breathe to eliminate pollen, bacteria, viruses and other harmful nuisances. Thule claims that it can remove 150 litres of air per minute and connects to an app that shows the quality of your air in your area.
The only downside is the price. Although it's cheaper than other 2 in 1 prams it still costs over PS1,000 for the full kit. It's more difficult to accept when there are less expensive alternatives, such as the Thule spring which is smaller and lighter.
Thule's strollers are known for their durability and I've seen them through the testing rig at the Thule Hillerstop HQ in Sweden. They drop prams from high places and then slam them down slopes and run them over bumpy trails in the snow to test their durability and strength. They certainly come out looking good!
