It's not the lightest stroller but it comes with enough features that it is worth considering. The Cloud's low, knee-high handle has a disadvantage. It's not adjustable, and it's not adjustable. It's not a comfortable thing to push it with your legs hanging in the air like that and it's also not helping that it's not padded.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a fairly barebones lightweight double stroller that's great for travel. It's extremely light at 18 pounds (lighter than many single strollers!) It folds flat to make it easy to transport and store. It also features independently reclining seats and large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors with large windows with peekaboos and under-seat storage bags. The visors are adjustable to accommodate kids of different heights. It also has an integrated one-step parking brake and is Disney-size approved.
The swivel wheel of the Jeep is also ideal for maneuvering over bumps and uneven terrain. This stroller does not accept car seats. Your child must be at minimum six months old and have a strong neck control in order to ride on the front seat. The stroller comes with an umbrella sun canopy with three panels and each seat has its own cupholder and snack tray.
Another stroller that is extremely light is Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend. It's heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 pounds. However, it's smaller and slimmer (26.5 inches wide!) It has a lot of luxurious details that make it perfect for travel. It's a simple fold, is extremely maneuverable and fits into the overhead compartments of airplanes and trunks easily.
Like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double and Mountain Buggy Nano Duo, the Joovy Kooper X2 is another tri-fold ultralight double stroller. It's quite similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it has some distinct differences. It's a little more expensive, but it has a better sun canopy and better maneuverability. It comes with a convenient carrying strap and can accommodate kids weighing up to 44 pounds for each seat.
Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants
If you're seeking a stroller which is lightweight but also loaded with features, look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just lightweight, weighing just 13 pounds but also comes with a ton of storage, including cupholders for both parents and children and a sippy-cup bag for the child and a parent's storage pouch, etc. It can also be used with the car seat of your child and comes with a brake that is easy to engage that is flip-flop friendly. This stroller is designed to expand as your child grows. It can be converted from a baby to a toddler stroller by attaching the car-seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children 6 months and older.
Another thing to note about this stroller is that it only operates on swivel wheels, and doesn't have any locking features, so it might not be the best option for rocky or sloping terrain. It is able to maneuver well on paved sidewalks and other smooth surfaces, though it's a great choice for most families.
