Therefore, we present a literature review and a detailed analysis of the composition, rheological properties, and mechanical properties of polymeric gels as an alternative to viscous and greasy ointments. We discuss the following polymeric gels hydrogels, oleogels, emulgels, and bigels. We rechecked these samples using ALK antibodies and selected reaction monitoring (SRM) quantitative multiplexed proteomics screening multiple protein targets, including ALK and MET for the ALK tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI), and FR-alpha, hENT1, RRM1, TUBB3, ERCC1, and XRCC1 for chemotherapy. The presence of ALK (31.8%), MET (36.4%), FR-alpha (72.7%), hENT1 (18.2%), RRM1 (31.8%), TUBB3 (72.9%), ERCC1 (4.5%), and a low level of XRCC1 (54.4%) correlated with clinical outcomes. SRM was more sensitive than the ALK D5F3 assay. Among the eight cases receiving ALK TKI, four cases with ALK or MET detected by SRM had complete or partial responses, whereas four cases without ALK or MET showed progression. In this study, we analyze the metabolite composition and activity of Jamaican cherry juice following fermentation with Lactobacillus plantarum FNCC 0027 in various substrate compositions. The metabolite profile after fermentation was analyzed using UPLC-HRMS-MS and several bioactive compounds were detected in the substrate following fermentation, including gallic acid, dihydrokaempferol, and 5,7-dihydroxyflavone. We also found that total phenolic content, antioxidant activities, and inhibition of diabetic-related enzymes were enhanced after fermentation using L. plantarum. CPPs were anchored through a spacer to LCP-1-bearing multilamellar and unilamellar liposomes and administered to Swiss outbred mice. Tat47-57 conjugated to two palmitic acids via a (Gly)6 spacer (to form a liposome-anchoring moiety) was the most efficient system for triggering immune responses when combined with multilamellar liposomes bearing LCP-1. The immunostimulatory potential of a variety of other CPPs was examined following intranasal administration in mice. Among them, LCP-1/liposomes/Tat47-57 and LCP-1/liposomes/KALA induced the highest antibody titers.
