To claim a right under this Limited Warranty, the purchaser must show proof of purchase. This proof of purchase must include the date of purchase along with the original sales receipt, or a copy along with a label that contains the model number and law label of this product that is required to prove the validity of this Limited Warranty.

This warranty is expressly in the absence of all OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES including MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS for a specific purpose.
