Replace the battery with a # CR2032 coin cell battery. The "+" side of the battery should face the fob's opening and the "side that is "-" side should face the buttons made of rubber.

Replace the cover of the passenger's side mirror by aligning the locating tabs. Once you've done that then put the fob on the driver's side back into your car and test it. Press the push button at the front of the key. If everything works as it should your car will turn on the parking lights, and the doors will automatically lock.
