This study aimed to develop an orodispersible film (ODF) containing cefixime trihydrate (CFX) to cope with the above-mentioned problems as well as to enhance water solubility and masking the bitter taste of the drug. The freeze-drying and kneading methods were used for the formation of inclusion complexes. The physicochemical evaluation revealed that T7 was the best film for the incorporation of pure drug and inclusion complexes. Films were further characterized for physical and mechanical properties. At two waves with an interval of 6 months, the results of 112 Chinese newly diagnosed HIV-positive MSM showed that dual stigma at baseline increased distress symptoms 6 months later. Resilience moderated these effects, as the dual stigma increased, distress symptoms intensified more rapidly for individuals with lower resilience than they did for those with higher resilience. Our findings highlight that dual stigma, as an intensified risk factor, predicted distress among the Chinese newly diagnosed HIV-positive MSM, conditioned by the protective factor of resilience. Logistic regression analyses were used to determine individual and partner factors associated with intentions to use PrEP among non-PrEP-using participants reporting a main partner (n = 1,671). Prior PrEP use among participants (14.2%) and their partners (7.7%) was low. Participants' prior PrEP use and main partner's HIV-positive status were both positively associated with intentions to use PrEP. Results demonstrated the structured nature of the collaborative process and strength of commitment among LCT members were necessary for successful implementation of HIV/STI programming. Methods Breast cancer tissues, adjacent normal breast tissues, and benign breast lesions were initially obtained from 256 breast cancer patients as well as an additional 245 patients with breast lesions. Reverse transcriptase-quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) was conducted to assess the expression of HER2 and BRCA1 in the collected tissues. Immunohistochemistry was performed to examine HER2 and BRCA1-positive expression levels in the tissues. The relationship between HER2 and BRCA1 expression levels and radiation sensitivity as well breast cancer prognosis was assessed by the Spearman correlation analysis and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis. Results Compared with adjacent normal breast tissues and benign breast lesions, the breast cancer tissues exhibited high expression of HER2 mRNA and protein and low expression of BRCA1 mRNA and protein.
