adiologists. Operating room use and anesthesia services were major drivers of higher cost, with 407% (95% confidence interval 374%, 443%; P less then .001) and 132% (95% confidence interval 116%, 150%; P less then .001) higher costs, respectively. Conclusion Patency-adjusted payments for hemodialysis access maintenance differed by physician specialty, driven partly by discrepant rates of billing for operating room and anesthesia use. © RSNA, 2020 Online supplemental material is available for this article. HSR CT may have high diagnostic performance for predicting invasiveness of lung adenocarcinoma. Purpose To examine the diagnostic performance of HSR CT in predicting the invasiveness of lung adenocarcinoma. Materials and Methods In this retrospective study, 89 consecutive patients with adenocarcinoma in situ (AIS), minimally invasive adenocarcinoma (MIA), or invasive adenocarcinoma (IVA) were included who underwent surgery for lung cancer between January 2018 and December 2019. All patients underwent HSR CT with 0.25-mm section thickness and a 2048 matrix. Two independent observers evaluated the images for the presence or absence of the following HSR CT findings lobulation, spiculation, pleural indentation, vessel convergence, homogeneity of ground-glass opacity, reticulation, irregularity and centrality of solid portion, and air bronchiologram (irregularity, disruption, or dilats follows sensitivity of 97% (59 of 61 patients; 95% confidence interval 94%, 100%) and specificity of 86% (19 of 22 patients; 95% confidence interval 65%, 97%), with an area under the curve of 0.94. Conclusion Using high-spatial-resolution CT, disruption of air bronchiologram and a solid portion greater than 0.8 cm were independently associated with a greater likelihood of invasiveness in lung adenocarcinoma. © RSNA, 2020 Online supplemental material is available for this article. Purpose To develop a risk model based on negative mammograms that identifies women likely to be diagnosed with breast cancer before or at the next screening examination. Materials and Methods This study was based on the prospective screening cohort Karolinska Mammography Project for Risk Prediction of Breast Cancer (KARMA), 2011-2017. An image-based risk model was developed by using the Stratus method and computer-aided detection mammographic features (density, masses, microcalcifications), differences in the left and right breasts, and age. The lifestyle extended model included menopausal status, family history of breast cancer, body mass index, hormone replacement therapy, and use of tobacco and alcohol. The genetic extended model included a polygenic risk score with 313 single nucleotide polymorphisms. Age-adjusted refactors and family history and a polygenic risk score, the model identified women at high likelihood of being diagnosed with breast cancer within 2 years of a negative screening examination and in possible need of supplemental screening. © RSNA, 2020 Online supplemental material is available for this article. Background Blunt cerebrovascular injury (BCVI) is associated with increased stroke and mortality risk. However, the most appropriate follow-up strategy remains uncertain. Purpose To better understand the natural history of BCVI and help define the most optimal timing and length of follow-up imaging. Materials and Methods In this retrospective HIPAA-compliant study, data from all patients treated for BCVI at a level I trauma center between April 1, 2005, and June 30, 2015, were reviewed. For patients with at least one follow-up study, time-to-event analysis was performed to assess the trend in injury evolution. Association of injury grade and injury evolution was also assessed. The Fisher exact test and multivariable logistic regression were used to evaluate association of the number of injured vessels, vessel grade, and vessel type (internal carotid artery, vertebral artery) with BCVI-associated stroke. Results A total of 1204 patients (800 men; mean age ± standard deviation, 45 years ± 22) with 1604 vessel i1) were associated with increased risk for BCVI-related stroke. Conclusion Most blunt cerebrovascular injury-related changes occurred within 30 days; changes rarely occurred beyond 90 days. Follow-up imaging is therefore unlikely to be helpful beyond 90 days. Fathers are increasingly recognized as playing a critical role in the family unit and emotional development of children. The birth of a preterm baby can be confronting, yet there is limited research that explores how preterm birth might impact on father's emotional wellbeing and quality of life. The aim of the study was to monitor quality of life and psychological wellbeing in a group of fathers to explore if a preterm birth altered outcomes in these two domains.

Institutional ethics committee approval was obtained. Australian men (

= 1000) were recruited in the antenatal period

their pregnant partner, and completed the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) in the third trimester and again 6 weeks after the birth of their baby. Birth records were independently audited to determine which fathers experienced preterm birth.

Data was available for 1000 and 950 fathers at each time point. Overall, 72 (7.2%) of fathers experienced preterm birth and 928 (92.8athers of preterm babies may identify men who could benefit from referral for psychological intervention.

Following birth of a preterm baby, persisting anxiety may affect quality of life of fathers. Routine screening of fathers of preterm babies may identify men who could benefit from referral for psychological intervention.
