士林夜市宵夜推薦「流氓熱炒」，凌晨１點才營業，還沒開攤就有人排隊！這裏很像南部的流水席，在夜市打烊後，隨意地在馬路擺桌椅開吃，即使沒有好的用餐空間，還是吸引許多人排隊朝聖，形成士林夜市另一種深夜文化。點餐跟送餐方式也挺特別的，要自己拿紙筆寫下想吃的菜色，出餐店員會喊菜色，要快點舉手認領。菜色首推「牛肉炒麵」，加了小辣，麵條軟Ｑ不爛，火侯控制很好，醬汁調味也好吃，是流氓熱炒的人氣餐點。「炒蛤仔」新鮮肥美、大推薦，師傅的功力也是重點，超好吃！

「士林燒餅」是老字號士林美食，每次經過總會看到許多人守在攤位前等剛出爐的餅，喜歡吃古早味酥餅類的朋友千萬別錯過！老麵燒餅是用傳統的炭烤爐烤出來的，餅類都是當天手工現包。「小酥餅」其實就是大家俗稱的蟹殼黃，餅皮超脆，一口咬下麵粉香、芝麻香隨即撲鼻而來，裏頭的葱花餡鹹香夠味。「胡椒餅」以三星葱與後腿肉調製，烤過仍保有肉汁感，稱得上是好吃的胡椒餅。

士林夜市巷弄裏有間藏很深的古早味點心「士林夜市銅鑼燒」，只賣銅鑼燒跟鬆餅２樣，不只便宜好吃，還是開了很久的老攤位，不少當地人都是從小吃到大，大家幾乎都是用電話先預訂，可避免現場久候。銅鑼燒跟鬆餅每個25元，可任選８個盒裝190元，口味有紅豆跟奶油，品項和種類都可以選擇各半，什麼組合都吃得到。最特別的就是它的鬆餅，遠看就像是毛肚般的蜂巢狀，非常獨特，口感跟銅鑼燒不同，捲起來更有厚度，口感很彈牙很有咬勁，個人喜歡鬆餅更勝銅鑼燒。

「花藏雪」店內光線明亮，座位也很寬敞，夜市逛累了很適合坐下來吃冰聊聊天。餐點推薦「宇治金時雪花冰」，一旁有附煉乳可以自行添加。抹茶口味的雪花冰，配料有紅豆和湯圓，味道很不錯。紅豆很飽滿，煮到軟而不爛，吃起來不會太甜膩，一旁的湯圓也很Q、很有嚼勁，搭配帶有茶香的抹茶雪花冰，肯定是抹茶控的最愛啊！

「道樂拉麵」裝潢充滿懷舊日式風格，牆上貼了許多復古日式的廣告海報，四處還擺放許多公仔、裝飾品等等。餐點推薦「豪華豚骨拉麵」，湯頭是長時間大火熬煮出來的，味道相當濃厚而且不死鹹。麵條是細直麵，口感細滑順口又容易吸附湯汁，叉燒肉片肉質軟嫩帶些許油花。「蛤蜊雞白湯拉麵」湯頭味道濃鬱香醇，雞叉燒肉相當鮮嫩，蛤蜊飽滿鮮美，吸附湯汁滋味更棒，吃不夠還可免費加湯、加麵１次！
