High-risk locations for transmission of the virus are public transportations, one of which is the train, because many people take turns in or together inside. One of the policies of the government is physical distancing, then followed by large-scale social restrictions. The keys to the policy are distance and movement. The most famous transportation used for the movement of people among provinces on Java is train. Here a Generalized Space Time Autoregressive (GSTAR) model is applied to forecast infected case of 2019-nCoV for 6 provinces in Java. The specialty of this model is the weight matrix as a tool to see spatial dependence. Here, the modified Inverse Distance Weight matrix is proposed as a combination of the population ratio factor with the average distance of an inter-provincial train on the island of Java. The GSTAR model (1; 1) can capture the pattern of daily cases increase in 2019-nCoV, evidenced by representative results, especially in East Java, where the increase in cases is strongly influenced by other provinces on the island of Java. Based on the Mean Squares of Residuals, it is obtained that the modified matrix gives better result in both estimating (in-sample) and forecasting (out-sample) compare with the ordinary matrix.

Measuring the prevalence of
pollen sensitivity among the local atopic individuals and identifying the allergens using immunoproteomic tools.
Aerobiological study was conducted for a period of two years to record the
pollen concentration in the outdoor ambient air. Clinico-immunological tests were performed on atopic individuals to check the prevalence of sensitivity against
pollen. Allergens were detected in the pollen proteome, fractionated in 1D and 2D gel by IgE serology and finally identified by mass spectrometry.
In the study area
pollen grains were present in ample amount in the air during May totudy of these allergens would help to design immunotherapeutic strategies for pollinosis management.Potable water is one of the vital necessities for the society. Solar desalting systems can be used for justifying the appropriate supply of fresh water in distant localities by the use of ample sunlight. In spite of conventional solar desalting systems, various other designs of solar desalting systems are used to boost the overall performance of the system. In this work, various new conceptual designs of passive solar desalting systems have been reviewed to understand better, efficient and productive performing system along with various novel solar desalting systems that can inculcate the real feeling of performing information among the researchers. An overview has also been established for better utility indications and comparative performances among all solar desalting systems. The interpretations have been accomplished with the better results and some favor has also been recommended for the future betterment and building novel designs to meet the feasible hurdles.Tobacco products are widely consumed around the world in smoking and smokeless tobacco (SLT) forms. Analysis of smokeless tobacco consumption suggested that the effects of nicotine and tobacco-specific N-nitrosamines, the main ingredients of smokeless tobacco are attractive to study because its consumption often results in biochemical changes of plasma parameters and markers of oxidative stress development. Smokeless tobacco users generally consume the most commonly available SLT products like khaleja brand of gutkha and mahak chaini brand of khaini 3-5 times per day. We found a significant increase in plasma glucose levels, total cholesterol, triglycerides, and a significant decrease in high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol indicative of atherosclerosis risk. We also found that the plasma peroxynitrites (ONOO-), nitric oxide (NO), lipid peroxidation (LPO), and protein carbonyls (PCO) levels were significantly elevated. Plasma nicotine and cotinine levels were significantly elevated in study subjects, suggesting that nicotine could be responsible for the oxidative and nitrosative stress indirectly inducing cardiovascular risk. There was a strong correlation of nicotine with reactive oxygen species (ROS), reactive nitrogen species (RNS), cholesterol, and creatinine in exposed smokeless tobacco (gutkha) consumers. These data demonstrate SLT users are at high cardiovascular risk due to nicotine-induced free radicals and oxidative damage.
Proton beam therapy (PBT) is increasingly administered to patients with primary brain tumors. Benefits of new treatments must be weighed against side effects and possible deterioration in health-related quality of life (HRQoL). The aim of this study was to describe and compare HRQoL, including acute symptom experiences and associated factors, in patients with malignant and benign brain tumors treated with PBT.
Adult PBT-treated patients with primary brain tumors (n = 266) were studied. find more HRQoL was assessed with EORTC QLQ-C30, QLQ-BN20, HADS, ISI and MFI before, during and three months after treatment. Associations with demographic and medical factors were explored.
Between baseline and three months post-treatment HRQoL decreased significantly in the global health/QOL domains physical functioning, role functioning and cognitive functioning in the malignant group, global health/QOL and physical functioning decreased significantly in the benign group, more comorbidity was significantly associated with increased motor dysfunction, leg weakness, headache and future uncertainty.
